3 weeks and still no caregiver. Keep scheduling and then changing. Promise to call and then ghost me. Unable to make appts with drs due to their inability to set something up.

Disappointed with this care agency. Poor communication and reliability. Multiple cancels made at the last minute after confirmations were made throughout the week(s), as well as on day of scheduled care. Monthly evaluations are not scheduled until the day before the deadline, requiring us to cancel our obligations to accommodate them. I strongly suggest looking into another agency if you need something dependable and reliable.

This placebis so unorganized they dont have it together at all natasha is the worst at Cambrian Home care in tustin she is so rude makes u feel like your stupid when applying for work lies says she will call refrence doesnt tho. Rude when orientation is going on just rude she is she needs to be fired liar i will go to the head bout this

Love working for them. Very flexible schedule, kind, and helpful people work here. This company has been like a more family environment instead of "just business".

Once you've been there you'll realize the architect was on a hand full of LSD!!!!

Some of the staff at the front desk are extremely rude and they don't know their job very well. Never gives people time to speak before transferring or putting on hold, then being placed on hold for over 15 minutes.
Other than front desk infan say inhave had an awesome interaction with the employees, especially Susan, hope i spelled that correctly.

This is not a good agency. Caregivers are always canceling. Office has a high turnover. They are NOT ORGANIZED at all. Most of the caregivers are not properly trained. They act as if they do not know what to do and they wait around for the client to ask them to do something. They should just go in and do thier job. Some go in and do thier homework. Some sit on the phone all day. There was a time when one caregiver took child to work with her. SMH.

If there were more stars to score then I'll add 5 more for a 10! They work hard to making sure your loved ones are covered. A special thanks to Martha for providing care on emergency bases. Some of us don't have family to show up while us those that have love ones with disabilities and having to work. So hats down to this company, its a true blessing to being a part of the Cambrian Homecare services that they provide.
