My grandparents leave here and There are several time's my grandparents pushed there button for help and no one come's in for about 20 minutes or so my grandma even fell out of her wheel chair one time when i was on the phone with her and they didn't come in right away it took me having to call the front desk just to get anyone in their another time my grandma fell in the bathroom and woke my grandpa up my grandpa could not help her up because of his medical issue they pressed the call butten and my grandma pulled the cord in the bathroom but my grandpa said it took them a half hour before coming into the room this was between 2am and 3am and every one there says no it didn't take a half hour really calling my grandpa a lier come on now

My mother in law has Alzheimer's and moved to Callahan Village 2 months ago. The level of care and concern that the entire staff show her is amazing! She loves the food and enjoys the activities provided. The peace of mind that my husband and I now have, knowing how well she's taken care of and how happy she is, is PRICELESS!

I brought my adopted grandpa here. I looked into a lot of places and I heard many good things about this place, so we gave it a chance. Our situation was time sensitive and Heather was very accommodating. I ve heard that the food is good and the staff is always friendly. I know he is cared for well here and he is safe. Thank you for making my life easier, always responding to my emails and putting up with me and my grandpa. :)

Its a loving and caring place to be. The staff is great. The food is great. It is like family with the staff and residents . They have fun activities and outings .

They allow the residents to abuse the caregivers, they treat their employees poorly. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Honestly if you truly want your loved one taken care of there are better places
