Fleet policy absolutely not fit for purpose and comical complaints procedure. Please avoid. 2 breakdowns, both embrassingly poor service (in the 10+ hour wait category).

Received a response from my complaint today.
Apparently Call Assist/Start Rescue think that a 5 hour wait for assistance is acceptable...yes it's true, I have it in writing!
They also sent a huge lorry to recover my car when all I required was a technician to gain entry to the boot where I had accidentally locked my keys in.
Just as the lorry arrived from Birmingham, 20 miles away, my wife arrived after finishing work with my spare key!
You have been warned... just hope and pray you don't have to call them.

Very very poor service made me wait 5 hours for a recovery truck on Edinburgh motorway to drop me to a nearby garage which was 45 Seconds away, I called and asked why, oh it was just for safety and left me strangely there with my family. Terrible service and cancelled my policy this year never Call Assist again.

Absolute shambles. Complaint not taken seriously, pathetic excuse for a company.

Used this company as Ibroke down, only to have their agent damage my car. My complaint documents were lost, and have refused to deal with my complaint. Appalling customer service by a real cow boy company.

Working at Call Assist was an amazing experience. I enjoyed my time there immensely.

I worked there whist in college, and my position there helped me gain many skills, including confidence in talking over the phone, something I had never been good at previously.
Amazing training and they work to make sure you're prepared for what you're there to do.
