One of the upper management (Martin) is one of the most unprofessional person that I have came across. He instructed his employee not to return my call and he didn't even take the time to let me know why. When I talked to him he was very rude and would not discuss any issues with me. I wanted to discuss supplies and materials in the preschool, curriculum, and the safety of my child. Martin was unwilling to discuss any of these issues. Therefore as a parent and customer I refuse to keep giving him my money for childcare because the kids are not learning.

The California Teaching Fellows Foundation plays and essential role in training and developing the next generation of teachers and leaders in California's Central Valley. A great organization to work for and support if you care about kids and the development of aspiring teachers and leaders!

I have been working with this organization for just over 2-months now. I previously was employed with the Federal & State Government for over 4 years and worked with City Government for over 6years. I have to say CTFF is an organization unlike any other thus far. The staff is more family-oriented and then colleague relationship. The pay is exceptional, with being a full-time college student they work around my schedule to maximize my hours, whilst making sure that my priorities are in-line and the kids in which we make a difference for daily are not short-handed.

This organization can be good and bad because it depend on the school site where you work for. The good thing is you can while going school and it is good pay and decent hours. But the bad thing will be if you are at a site that is not organize it will be tough because they will just throw everything at you and except you to make it work. All lesson plan that i had plan for my active never works because we do not have any sub to come and help cover the grade that neede.

A company with a pretty good message as well as goals for youth. Mainly the employees do after school programs 2-6pm M-F or morning programs which the times vary. Some staff members sub a couple days a week for after school programs through the county. The office staff are helpful, Saturday academies can be somewhat dreadful due to how early you have to be there, and the school sites can vary depending on which region you are working in. Most site liasions are helpful and will try to get their staff to the best they can. The pay is okay but the hours can somewhat suck. You will never have more than 25 hours a week. The interview process is easy, but they seem to hire just about anybody. Not everyone is meant to work with kids. All in all it's not a bad company to work for or deal with.

I worked with this association for a little more than three months. The staff is extremely adaptive to the developing youth. CTFF has innovative leading strategies to fulfill its central mission, while building up a legitimate relationship with the kids. The compensation is exceptional, while being a full-time understudy they worked around my schedule to expand my hours, while ensuring that my priorities are in-line. CTFF is a remarkable organization.
