When I looked under our home it seemed a black ABS pipe might be leaking.
The inspection found two leaks.
One was from some sort of animal chewing on the pipe.
The second was a pipe not fitted correctly during a prior job by a prior owner. The pipe had been cut at an angle and did not fit in when glued. Water was leaning out ever time we ran a load of wash.
Fantastic work done with care.
Fast and efficient work.
We did not know about the second leak. They found the leak during the inspection. They took the time to look at all the pipes under the house.
I do not have to worry about there being other problems.

Very good service and very professional. The installed sink and faucet with the garbage disposal. Did a great job the only thing I would say the price was a little high.

Eric Smith who also works for Duncan Plumbing was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable; knew how to problem solve, did not over charge ... I had 100% confidence in him and the results were EXCELLENT. Eric very personable and knowledgeable. Explained what he felt was the problem. He was correct. Repairs were done efficiently and the area was left clean.
Would certainly use his expertise again.

Eric and Sergio came out and quickly diagnosed the reason for a sewer ejector pump not working. Turns out the pump was working, the piping for ejecting the sewage was not properly connected. They perform the necessary work to connect the piping properly and everything is now working! Eric also provided some good advice with regard to our radiant heating system.

California radiant came out to my house to fix one of my radiant heater zones in the house that wasn't working. They performed general maintenance, and determined the source of the problem. They ordered the parts, and came back in a short time frame and fixed the problem. They are very professional, have real customer service, are very clean, do excellent work, and are resonably priced. I highly recommend that you have your radiant heater system serviced annually, by them or another company, to keep your system operating efficiently, and detect any problems that need to be fixed. An ounce or prevention is worth much more than a pound of troubles.

I initially called Duncan to set up an appointment for next week, but to my surprise, Eric showed up within 15 minutes of my call. He has been to my house before, and this time much like last time, Eric was knowledgeable, thorough. He inspected the toilet I was having trouble with and checked the other two to insure they were not having any issues. He fixed the problem and was on the road within the hour. Duncan provides the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Duncan to anyone looking for a professional plumbing services. They always follow up the next day to ensure your needs were met. You don't find that kind of care anymore.
