My brother was sitting here after having a stroke this is where he came for Rehab and it was wonderful the experience was great the workers here are so sweet and so helpful and so loving and caring it's like a family everyone wants to help as much as they can they're there for you they're there for the patients it's just amazing I've never had a hospital care so much and he was released and they still came by and did all the Aftercare with him at home no one gave up they're still working with him to this day they're not stopping they're going to work with him until they get him to where he needs to be he's a young man they had a stroke and they're going to make sure that he comes back God bless them

After a surgery I spent a week 6/4/18 through 6/9/18 laid up in room 331b. I must say I have never been do well taken care of, so politely treated as so respectfully treated. The entire nursing staff was so perfect. The staff was a huge part in healing I felt so safe and comfortable! I can't thank you enough I'd name you all that helped me feel this way but we will keep you anonymous. Just know if you read this I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Buncke and his staff also deserve a million thank you and more. With out you guys I'm confident I would not be whole, and very bad off.

The doctor's and staff are wonderful and informal. Something serious was going on with my grandfather, and the doctors explained in detail what happened after his procedure and what to expect in the next couple of hours. The staff is treating him like VIP in ICU

Students. Many insurance mistakes. Long wait times. Disorganized and mismanaged. Chaotic environment. Poor care.

Very easy to register. Welcome at reception was warm. The PA was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff brought the x-ray machine in to me. Came back with results within minutes. And gave me solid after care information. Highly recommend.

I love this gym. It has everything, and is cheaper than pretty much every other gym in the city. However, you get towel service, access to a great pool / hot tub, sauna, classes, and a lot more. There is so much to do and a lot of hot people there. I have been training with Jerry and it's just been a great experience.

I see Mike Karls, PA-C at 45 Castro for my yearly skin exam. Mike is wonderful! Although not quite as uncomfortable as your annual ob/gyn exam, a skin exam still requires you to be in your skivvies, being looked over by a stranger in a cold room. Mike takes the unpleasantness out of the equation, does a thorough but efficient exam, asks questions, and most importantly, listens to your concerns. If you need to have a mole frozen or biopsied, he does it in the same appointment, so you won't need to come back multiple times.

This is an insurance mill and should have its license suspended. I will live the rest of my life in pain because I was denied timely care. All I needed was a $45- walking cast. Of course this exact same boot costs over $350 with Insurance company help. I curse every administrator and the politicians that have made Insurance companies unaccountable. Stay away from this snake pit. If this was a restaurant they would have to pay for clients. Their version of PT is a sad joke.

I don t know how to thank you all enough for saving my daughters life! Your team on the 4th floor is simply amazing. The professionalism and compassion that you have she couldn t have been anywhere better. She had a major stroke and coded two times , from being hit in her head. After 6 weeks in Sutter I would like to tell you she is doing great , walking , talking , eating, and laughing . All of these things we did not think she was going to be able to do. But because of the excellent care from all of you she is doing all that and improving everyday. Thank you from the bottom of or hearts for what you do , no amount of money could be enough for giving someone another chance in life. If anyone has a loved one in the hands of these doctors and nurses know you got the best. 4th floor you are the best and I will never forget you . Thank you!

No one ever wants to rush a friend to an emergency room at 5 a.m., but that's exactly what I did one morning. The E.R. staff was great in every way. They immediately started to examine my friend and very gently started to gather his insurance information. They really put the person first and provided outstanding care.

Exceptional service, methods, skills, program and people.

This is just for the Burn Center.

The burn center is very clean and organized the staff is very approachable and knowledgable. The patient care they promote is the highest you would want if your loved one was in their care.
