I was living in my house with the original single pane windows. My new windows are not only offering me a safer environment but also cheaper utility bills.

They have great price and it s family owned. They very good communication skills when something isn t done great if not I would of have them a two. But they fixed the issues I was having quickly and even coming back to check others later to make sure the locks work accordingly.

Very rude staff. Would never recommend them to anyone.

They worked with our schedule and kept us informed all the way through to the install love the windows. and it was done in a day with no fuss.

CDWINDOWS INSTALLED MY DOORS AND WINDOWS ( VERY LARGE DOORS AND WINDOWS) THIS JOB WAS NOT EASY AND THEY DID IT SO EFFORTLESSLY AND PROFESSIONALLY ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS LOOK AS IF THEY WERE BUILT ORIGINALLY WITH THE HOME THE SCREENS AND MULTIPUL LOCKS AND TRIM ARE ALL HIGH QUALITY AS ARE THE DOORS AND WINDOWS THEY CUT OUT SOUND AND KEEP THE HEAT AND AIR CONDITIONING IN. THESE WINDOWS AND DOORS LOOK FANTASTIC THE INSTALLERS WERE A DELIGHT TO HAVE IN MY HOME VETY NEAT AND CLRANED UP WHAT LITTLE DEBRIS THERE WAS. THE PRODUCT IS MADE IN THE U.S.A. We purchased our windows for ONE BEDROOM plus ONE interior window for over $20K in Dec. 2018. The windows are defective. They've had to return to install and reinstall going on SIX TIMES now. Although the windows really do keep the heat out...it's is 100% UNACCEPTABLE TO HAVE TO PUT UP WITH DEFECTIVE WINDOWS FOR 9 MONTHS FOR $20,000+ . We are not happy and would never recommend this company to anyone.

The windows are beautiful and make a huge difference in energy efficiency. The installers were very professional, paying great attention to detail and leaving the worksite spotless. I had a leak in one large picture window and CDW was out the following day to fix it. I would recommend CDW without hesitation.

would never go with them again!!! job started 2 weeks later then promised, then they come to install and didn't know where our sliding glass door was, then half of the windows didn't fit. they got our door a couple weeks later, but it has been about 7 weeks and we stilk have half done job. we have heard nothing from them and have such a hard time getting answers. they tell us someone answered our questions, which wasn't true, and tried to make it out that we didn't want the windows and that was why the job was half done.

Professional and punctual! The windows installed are pure quality! I can honestly say they look better than the ones that came with the house. I will definitely use them again.

Totally living the windows. They so changed our house. CDW was excellent to work with Rodger the installer deserves special recognition. We ought 11 windows for the dinning room and family room. We had shopped for several months and came across CDW by accident. Comparing the CDW Windows to box box stores and local glass companies is like comparing an entry level car to a fully loaded luxurary car. The brings me to price don't expect home depote pricing. I was not prepared to spend what I spent. In fact I backed out of my first CDW purchase due to cost but I just couldn't not bring myself to purchasing less expensive windows after seeing the quality if CDW.

They work very seriously, quality is great!! Very professional, did outstanding work. They are very nice also.

Everything happened exactly as the salesman said it would. The installer was fast, precise, and courteous. I would definitely recommend California Deluxe Windows.

The new slider the knowledgeable and friendly crew expertly installed in a timely fashion looks and works great. A welcome addition to our home which enhances its value, I believe, far more than the purchase price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for windows or glass doors.

I discourage any consumer in installing these window or sliders. The product is impressive but the installation is unprofessional, cutting corners, mid-measuring patio sliders by over 3 and filling with foam, not using enough pvc to properly have the pvc flashing cover to meet up with the patio slider lock, unprofessional application of the chaulk on the exterior to prevent water from getting onto the house w these retrofit windows. Plus sales person will show you the competition s warranties and show you theirs stating no restrictions for lifetime warranty. They won t give you that warranty prior to installing the windows. After you paid over $15000 for the installation the warranty they will send you is 10 years. Consumers beware. They closed their yelp account where honest feedback on their business is.

I had 5 sliding doors and 3 windows installed and paid in full after completion of work per contract agreement. Not cheap! The company failed to install a 1-key-fit-all for the sliding doors. I called and was promised a 2-week windows to have it corrected. No one called. Once they got the money, their service fell off the Clift....Company is not living up to their reputation...not a candidate for my referral. I called later and was promised another 2-week window to correct it. Already left a bad taste for reliability.

The workers completed the work neatly and professionally. They did a great job!

The grew that did the installment of my windows, and patio doors did a great job, and a great clean up job. I would gave them 5 Stars. They all look great. Was not crazy with the sales representative, they reminded of car salesman's they get 3 Stars. They are very nice looking windows and patio doors, but the are pricey.

I loved everything about the process. Everyone from the salesman to the installer was punctual and professional. The window look and quality is winning hands down. Thank you so much for this blessing. My family and I love the window and it s features.

These people have the best quality vinyl windows for the best price. I call them the Costco of Vinyl windows. They are factory direct and have their own financing. That was very important to us. We had a very large job of 26 windows. The house is now cool in summer heat without window coverings. And they are air tight. It took longer then expected to install but I am used to construction taking time. In the long run I would definitely recommend this for product. The Northern California installation team was the cleanliest construction team, friendly and efficient.

Top quality products. Everyone from the guy who measured each window and door, to the installation crew was fast and efficient. Office staff also easy to reach and helpful. We chose this product to minimize the disruption of our exterior stucco. True to their word, their was no damage. The new windows/doors set perfectly inside the original frames. However this results in a slight reduction in the glass opening of the window. Not a big deal on large windows and sliding doors. It was an unexpected shock on our smaller bathroom windows. It probably would not have detoured us from this product, but wish it would have been explained in product presentation. Also, it was not explained that their would be exterior AND interior unfinished trim boards. It was a race for us to properly weather proof trim before rain season. This painting was an unexpected expense. We chose this product to avoid extra repair, so buyer beware. It's hard to ask the right questions anytime you are new to a process.

The guys were professional. Next time I will use them again.

CDW takes great care in making high quality windows, here in California, which I love.

All is true and what is advertised about California Delux Wjndows. The quality of work is out standing. And no breaking of stucco or walls what so ever. Am very please with the final look added to my home. I plan on getting other windows replaced by California Delux Windows in the very near future this summer.
And the beautiful windows, quality, and features these windows have. Worth every penney spend.

We had two oversized sliding doors and two windows installed for our condo in West Hollywood (replacing old metal framed single pane units fom the 80s)

Our experience with CDW was very good. Their customer service was excellent - professional courteous and efficient. We met with Aaron Adirin and his son Steve - owners of the company. They were a pleasure to work with and they really were very proactive in suggesting the correct product for our needs and making sure we were taken care of throughout the whole process.

CDW's prices were lower than local suppliers and companies like Home Depot (we did our homework) and we feel CDW offer a better quality product.

The installation crew turned up on time, finished in the day, even though they had to haul everything up flights of stairs to get to our condo. Again they were extremely courteous throughout.

The condo looks great now, and what we didn't expect but has really confirmed this was a great upgrade - the condo is now much cooler and quieter now - we don't need to have the a/c on at all!

We really think CDW are a quality company that stand behind their product. A definite two thumbs up from us!

They went above and beyond on their promise. There was an error by the measuring architect and it would have cost me $6000 or more they said it was their error and took care of it.
Not many companies own up to their mistakes and resolve it.

They were very nice and professional. The sliding door, after a year, is still like new. They deliver what they promise.

I went to our county fair and got lots of flyers on windows, after a Deluxe window demonstration in my home, I threw out all the other flyers and bought myself a sliding door! I love the sliding door, however the installer did crack my wood flooring and my screen had a tiny rip, but to this day almost a year later I still love my sliding door!!

We hired CDW to install 16 ground floor windows on our 1920s bungalow. My primary concern was street noise followed by temperature control.

The windows have helped tremendously with the sound and we have noticed about a 5-10 degree (fahrenheit) difference in the house on hot days. I suspect the difference will really be shown when I put in central air next year.

The sales, scheduling, and install experience was great. Every interaction we had with CDW employees was pleasant and professional. They send their own crew to install the windows rather than hiring it out, and the crew was very efficient. 16 windows in about 6 hours of work with 5 guys. Incredible!

The price (after negotiating) was CONSIDERABLY less than Renewal by Andersen which sells a similar high quality, custom product. You'll pay more for these windows than you will for Milgard or something from Lowe's/HD, but they come with a lifetime warranty from a local company with a great reputation.

Fun place to be until you need restroom! Dirty bathrooms, backing up, no one cares!

Very pleased with the quality, features & workmanship. It is a process that took me over a month to get my actual installation done. The reason is very simple. The first visit is with the salesperson that makes sure of the type of windows you need & does preliminary measurements to give you a price. Second visit is to do a precise measurement from a professional. Lastly your windows are manufactured in Chatsworth, CA. Then the installers show up & do a professional job. It took my 9 windows about 5 hours to remove the old windows & install the new windows.

The work crew was professional in every way. They did a great job with the install and the clean-up afterward. All of my questions were answered right when I asked them. Outstanding!

We bought 14 windows and a French door. 13 windows were installed in a timely fashion . But! The quality was nothing like they had promised! The installation was nothing like they had promised! The salesperson told us that the wood part surrounding the windows (frames??) would be replaced as well. Instead, we are left with the old, janky looking frames and new windows! Quite a few promises were made by the sales person that the company did not live up to!

One garden window and one French door are yet to be installed, a month and a half after the promised date! We have a really important event in a couple of weeks, part of the reason we got new windows, and now it looks like the house is gonna appear half done! A month and a half after the promised date! I realize NOW, some of your parts come from Germany, even though we were told everything is made in Chatsworth Again, a lie... but does it really take a month and a half to receive some hinges, or whatever, from Germany???

Come on, guys! Live up to at least half of your promises! Not cool But then again, if something sounds too good to be true in the beginning, it probably is!

The joke about their claims of not cracking the exterior of your house is hysterical. They say they have a unique system, insinuating that another installer may harm your home in some way.
The truth is they are just one of many companies that install a window in an existing frame. So really what you are getting is just a smaller window than you could have. It would be virtually impossible for anyone to crack or chip even your paint.
I would never use them just because of their inane claims,

BTW, its easy to estimate the cost of new windows for your house. On average one installed window should cost you about $450. Some are larger and some are smaller but if you add them all up it will average out to that price. Anybody telling you more is trying to scam you.

It's hard to find an honest and reliable company to do anything right especially, when it comes to construction and installation.So, we spent some time looking for a good company, they did a professional, clean job, and it did not take a long time.

After we bought our new house we decided to change those old windows and we chose to buy here in Calirfornia Deluxe Windows. Now our house looks great.Thank you.
