No ability to call a team member to make an inquiry. I emailed with a request for someone to call me and I received a form email with answers to questions I didn't ask. It was signed, "Please contact me if you have additional questions". I replied and said yes, I did have additional questions and could someone please contact me? I did not receive a follow up email or a phone call.
The events are well organized, but the organizers are too serious. Takes most of the fun out of it.
Great experience having participated in multiple events. Staff is very accommodating and does amazing work. I have never had an issue reaching them.
