The worst among many immigration centers... They don't tell you much... Even if we find it out from others and ask them, they hardly respond... They pretend to be very busy and appointments take nearly a month...very disappointed... Other immigration centers are much more helpful...

Very unprofessional. Worst service ever I got. I met with Cheryl who is apparently an employment counsellor. She asked me to sign forms and enrolled me into a program. And that was that. No follow up whatsoever. She wont even respond to my emails. I have found that this is a way for them to get funds from Service Canada. I really wish someone registers a complaint against them to Service Canada. Because this place is a joke.

Thank you Tulan for all your help. Our family would definitely not be where we are today if it were not for everything that you have done for us. The amount of selflessness and consideration that Tulan and the rest of the staff at CCIS offer is remarkable!

Their Power Engineering Program is for refugees only. Preferably Arab refugees only. They will encourage everyone qualified ( with a technical background) to apply for entry into the Power Engineering program. I have been applying for the program over past 3 years and found out that they take only refugees. Every year they tell me to apply again, when I see who is inside the new class intake, around 90% are Arab refugees. They tell you the program is for all newcomers to Canada, so when you apply this inflates their application numbers to look good to the government. Unless you are a refugee, you will not get any assistance here. These people will tell you they will assist because the additional applications to their programs allow them to go to the govt and ask for more money.
