The Caito side isn't to bad but if you have to go to the Freshline building expect to be there a few hours they are very slow

Great! But that pot hole (sink hole) on road on 33rd st, right before Post wasnt helpful on my car tire

Worst place ever, the guy in the receiving office has a poor attitude. If you don't want to work stay home. Got here an hour and a half before appt. Still sitting 4 hours after appt time. Glad I got nothing to do but sit in a dock door today.

Delivery appointment at 11.00 am was on time it is 4.00 pm and still not empty and no detention This is produce load 3 pick in nj area the confirmation had note. Detention after 8 hours. So I guess this should have been my red flag I don t think I will come here again unless they will pay detention after 2 hours

I wouldnt pull another load in to the Indianapolis terminal if my life depended on it. I have been here 9 hours and STILL no green light. The people hear are rude, they have cost me a reload, they do not care. Blue Ribbon and Caito foods can disappear and they wouldn't be missed! Unfortunately I have to leave a star to make a comment, that star should be 10 black skull and crossbones. Stay away from this place and their cheap freight!!!

One of the worst places have ever delivered to.
And I gave them a second chance-first time was six hours.
They rank high with the worst recievers in the Midwest.

I was put in a door, unloaded, and had my paperwork within 2 hours, which was great.

I'm in shock got beaten by security guard on the top called me retarded....had to call the police to investigate the case rudest place

This place sucks. Always a long wait. Employees are rude as hell. Would not recommend this place to anyone. And I speaking for all Caito facilities. Not just Indianapolis.

The person that calls back for interview is horrible at picking threw people and in all actuality think they racists

This is the worst grocery warehouse to unload at. Receiving attendees are Rude and Unfriendly. Not One Employee spoke to us the entire time. Took Over 3 1/2 hours to get paperwork for 8 pallets they unloaded off our trailer...

Indy is the worse Caito facility- OH and FL are way better. Caito employees in INDY are rude and don't care about a drivers HOS.

Way too slow. I was here for 7 hours getting unloaded. People were nice, plenty of parking on street, but way too slow.

Very unprofessional no management at all no training on the job there is a few people that do there job right in but it's a messy place to work don't like the fact that there's no off time this place is F#$% up

Well! I don t blame the warehouse workers this for 8- 9 hours waiting it s the managements. So please be patient and try to do your reset here , also if you have multiple stops please do this one for your last one , otherwise you won t make for your other deliveries on time.

Avoid this place at any cost! Otherwise you stuck here for 10 hours to be unloaded. People at receiving office really don't care ...

Just another place to waste your day, 11AM appointment arrive at 10:15 it's 1:45 thay haven't started unloading, nothing to break down just pallet count.

This place is a worst!!!! Don't come here don't do any business with this POS place. They treat drivers like trash. Attitude here is horrible.

Friendly people, no lumper, but almost 4 hr for unloading

Marilyn is the representative I deal with - she is a wonderful lady and always takes great care of me and my needs.

I cannot complain about the place is finished with 3 1/2 hour start from my appointment

Appointment at 8:00 am they gave me door 6:00am now 11:30am still waiting their call overnight parking was helpful just make sure you have some snacks in your truck

You will waste your day sitting here, and they don't care. We run a multi stop produce run around Indy from MI, gonna give it up because of this place.
Doesn't matter how much you have for them either, I've been here 5 hours for 3 pallets. One plus is, the guards are friendly and don't treat you like dirt.

This place was and is the worst place to work. It was a living nightmare to work at. It is not an equal opportunity employment. I hate that I had to give a star to this rating. I would give it an anti-star.

Not Driver friendly at all if we all worked together things work better

Been here 5 hours still waiting. I wish the owner would read this $#&% maybe he can fired all this lazy asses. Or maybe he don't give a $&%# like his workers. Expect to be here for a long time grab food drinks etc.

As always it is nice to deliver here. Staff are super friendly and very professional. Not to mention they are quick! There is plenty of room to maneuver your truck and parking on the street overnight outside the gates. Offload never takes more than two hours for a full load! Like I said they work hard and fast! Thank you guys for the hard work.

Working for caitos makes me want to rip my brains out. No one has any idea what's going on. The first building is so disgusting & old I hate waking up coming. No one speaks English but the upper management. Every day I am constantly hit on by unprofessional employees. By far the most filthy environment I have ever worked for. Its always freezing balls in there . the break room is like being the last meal for lions in Africa. I see employees breaking there necks for little pay. The turn over is ridiculous. They never answer their phones!! I can go onnnnnnnn! There is no room!! Everyone works side by side. I feel like a closed pack of sardines. Don't work for this dusty crusty place

the HR needs help, talking to them was like pulling teeth.

First time here, perfect delivery kind of place I would say : people very nice, appointment at 9 am, got there the night before at 9pm, put me right in a dock with doors closed, said they will start receiving at 5 am. Started unloading at 5 30, empty & out around 6 30. Great job!!

Absolutely worst place I have delivered to. Unnecessary waiting time......was there for 9 hours to get unloaded. Receiving employees are one of a kind, with very little to no education, very poor work ethics, temper issues and very offensive . I was called various insulting names for no reason. Seariously???!!!! Shame on you! And for you fellow drivers make sure you have what you need for an extended stay!

This place really sucks! I will never come here again. I had three drops today one at 6 AM this one here at 9am and my final one at noon. I got here at 8am for a 9 o'clock appointment and got a door at 2pm. Still waiting to get unloaded. My third drop had to be rescheduled for tomorrow morning. They did not even care I had another drop today. I would avoid this place at all costs! What I have seen here today is that they are very disorganized and heartless.

This place had really friendly people starting from the guard shack , fast check in fast unload

Didn t even make it through the phone screen the lady on the phone was really rude and sounded as if she had an attitude no thanks.

I am here delivering machinery for a new warehouse but this place is very clean and very professional. The drivers seem to be coming in and out with their deliveries at a regular time frame so it doesn't seem to be horrible. I was told they do not allow overnight parking on the property but they do allow the trucks to park out on the street.
The entrance for tractor trailers is on East 33rd Street not Post Rd.

This place sucks. Been here 7 hours so far and they are done unloading me but won't finish with the paperwork. How hard is it to count some boxes and sign a few papers? Apparently extremely difficult for these guys so I will make sure never to be back again. They drained my e logs and now it's going to make it really hard to get to my next load. NEGATIVE 50 STARS IF I COULD. One of the worst places I have ever been to, and will never be back.

Horrible place to work, they treat you like dirt. They blame you for their incompetence. I use to work there. Kyle, the warehouse manager at the time, was a complete ***hole. Avoid this company at all cost.

I am a driver for Daum Trucking. I am in there weekly and never had an issue with people in receiving or security. Always in and out quickly and treated well.

What's wrong with the guard? He cannot open his eyes. Spent here half a day.

Truckers! Semi entrance is on 33rd street NOT on N. Post. Service at the guard shack was friendly and expeditious. Folks at receiving (pineapples) were friendly.
Backing trucks into doors 1-12 best done by reversing from higher doors in parking lot...since it gets tight once other guys are backed and making a U gets devillish.
Unload times? Hey, its a DC!

3 stars right there, just for allowing overnight parking!!! Not even unloading yet, but for overnight parking which is huge advantage for us, OTR dogs.
These nova-days it s one of the most important things receivers may do for us, so just stop crying about 5 hrs of unloading time, it s just funny to hear such complaints from rookies, as this happens almost every other unloading at big receivers.
How about this one does NOT have a lumper fees? Remember Capstone with $200-$600 unloading fees? So, don t cry about long wait....

Update:
After got there parked for overnight, went to receiving office and checked in. Guys where professional. Receiving lady called with door at 5:11 am. Empty by 8am.
Why not 5 stars? Also might be my lucky day...

We should have an option for a negative star. Made appointment just to find out that it is first come first serve. Waited 5.5 hours just to get to a dock. Once docked another 2.5 to get unloaded. Went in to ask on the staus of the unload and was told," when we are done, we'll come get you or call." I've marked this place down as some of the worst places to deliver.

Poor operation, gave me a door before it was clear, lined up waiting for someone to pull out, they told me to move before the guy was clear, parking situation is tight and I had to repark needlessly, disorganized, and unskilled administration
