Their drunken noodles were amazing! So so good. I was craving Thai food and this dish totally was satisfying! Quick service too and the gentleman was so very nice.

This is a great place. Max and Whitney are wonderful people and great restaurateurs. It s my favorite place in Blacksburg.

To-go was ready in 10 mins wow!! Resturant is small but good food. My husband likes their spicy chicken but it is not for me. I did not like the taste.

Best Asian food in NRV AND Roanoke, no contest. Pho is freaking amazing.

Cafe Mekong is probably the only place near here where you can get decent pho. I ordered carry out for the first time not too long ago and they did a great job packaging my pho and everything was fresh and delicious.

This was my first time eating here. I can say that you get ALOT of food. Also, very healthy. Not quite as flavorful as I would have liked but that's easily fixed. Definitely worth a try. Keep your eyes open though, because it's hard to miss in the strip mall.

I run an Airbnb, The Stonewood Acre, and we recommend all of our guest eat here. There service is fantastic and the food outstanding. And Thai hot will melt your face off.

Food was good. Great parking and easily accessed, Cafe MeKong Viet-Thai is a great resteraunt to try out Viet-Thai foods.

They have 5 different levels of heat. I personally recommend level 3.
