Cafe Beignet Review

Very nice coffee place with fresh made-to-order beignets. Great environment!

Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful!

We actually went to New Orleans Hamburger which is in the front. Great food! We always enjoy a reasonably priced meal. We did go get beignets and a muffin on the way out. The coffee and beignets shop is in the same building but behind the restaurant.

Miss the chocolate beignets but still a good and easy place to drop in and grab beignets and coffee when uptown.

I'm not sure why this place was so uncrowded! It is incredible and right on the streetcar line, though the entrance is a bit hidden around the corner. I was in NOLA for a few days only and hit a lot of beignets at different places. These are a slightly different style than the well-known Cafe du Monde, but just as good if not better in their own way! And you can get chocolate ones :) Their coffee is much better, as well. It was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day, journal or read, and enjoy a fresh baked beignet and cup of coffee. The staff is so friendly and joyful.

Maybe the best beignets in town! Great hot and iced drinks and scrumptious beignets. Fresh, hot, powdery delight that beg for more. Mini bites great idea for kids with lots of napkins. Staff adds to the charm and great way to finish a night out of dining.

Beignets are everything you've heard. Go here and expect to wait a few minutes but well worth it. Once you order it only takes about 3 minutes to be brought to your table. How fresh coffee and warm sweet beignets. Not my first time and will not be the last...

Loved this place! The service was so friendly and the atmosphere was chill. The beignets were excellent! The iced coffee was a perfect compliment. If youre visiting NOLA and want beignets, this is a great spot to come.

The beignets are the perfect texture and doused in powdered sugar making the perfect morning treat. The coffee is pleasant here as well, especially the cafe au lait.

Great find, and not too busy since we went early (8a). Make sure to try both the original and chocolate beignets, but you'll always go back to the original.

I'm convinced the beignets are from Narnia. They were better than Cafe du Monde beignets and that's saying something! I think Cafe du Monde does a better cafe au lait but their beignet bites are next level. The praline latte was good too

The best beignets in NOLA! Fresh, made to order by the amazing Dequan!! And right on the St. Charles Trolley stop. The shop has the vibe of a cozy coffee shop. The customer service is fantastic too. This is our favorite place to relax amd recharge. Shares the building with an awesome burger and fish place, New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood, check them out too.

Very good coffee, very friendly staff. A little disorganized with order fulfillment today when Southern Style Tour stopped with about 20 people. Perhaps they would benefit from a more thorough customer ordering system; perhaps a new computer system. Oral requests from cashier to barista are hard to keep straight in a crowd without written instruction.

Great place to get beignet and coffee. Tasted great and didn't have to fight the crowd down town. Highly recommend.
