Had not been here in a few years. Service remain solid. Gent making Lattes was amazing at his craft. Menu has several new items, but still some oldies, but goodie. Buckwheat crepes were fab. Croque Madame was outstanding and filling. Ham & cheese omelet was robust in size and taste. And though no kid's menu, was able to use sides to fill a 2-year oldest palate. Great Sunday brunch spot.
The food here was amazing. I had the Chicken with Potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas - can't say enough good things about this - favorful, plentiful... scrumptious!! My husband had the Duck with rice, it was good, but not as good as mine! We both had the French Onion Soup, it was good, the taste was great, we expecting more cheese overtop though.
The service was fabulous, very friendly with perfect timing.
It was my first time going there with my son. The atmosphere was great. But, we were disappointed with their French Onion soup. It was watery with blend taste, less cheese and onions were soggy. This is the French staple food and the taste was not even closed. No bread at the table. But, our other dishes were good.
The food was amazing! The environment was super chill and chic. The staff were very friendly with extremely good service. The coffee was unreal! It was also very nice to be able to dine at an establishment with so many awards without having to spend a ton of money! I would definitely recommend it

Best food I had in a long time
We got the crepe with ham, the crepe with bacon, and a bowl of onion soup. The soup was rich and flavorful. The crepes arrived lukewarm and tasted decent, but nothing to write home about.
Great breakfast. I need to go back soon for the Happy Hour specials.
We were celebrating a birthday last week with 5 people. I understand potential issues with Covid, but forcing customers to come to the counter and place a dinner order seems excessive to me. Ordering a number of courses for 5 was complicated, and several items were missed when we were served. I had to go track down someone to get our order completed, and she was close to being rude in terms of getting the rest of our order to us. No one ever came back to our table to check on food or offer us additional drinks. I would highly discourage anyone with more than a couple of people from going there for dinner, until they change their service model.
This is the place you take someone if they say they don't like mussels. They NEED to try them here, BEST ever! Cute romantic spot. I love the staff, they are so nice.
The perfect French Caffe in Uptown. I have been enjoying Barbette for 3 years. I absolutely love, LOVE their food, specifically, the Eggs Benedict and cheese plates. The best memories I have with my friends are Sunday morning brunches - huge mimosas, French food and great conversation. Sit outside in the summer - but even if it's late fall you can bundle up and sit outside. The staff is fabulous - friendly and attentive. A nice surprise - local artists display their artwork on the walls, available for purchase. Very interesting. Barbette is not to miss!
