Excellent coffee, I particularly appreciate the fair trade organic coffee of Peru, finally a true Max Havelaar certified coffee on the market! I have never been disappointed, and the service is remarkable.

Very very nice surprises like Uncle Hansi's coffee, Italian-style espresso, Moka Sidamo, etc. Very good organic coffees too. If you buy it in grain and you master grinding and extraction, it's pure happiness. Another good point, the coffee is fresh, it has degassed in the package, which means that it is packaged immediately after roasting.

Extremely disappointed for a prestigious Alsatian brand !!!

As an Alsatian I already knew about my parents (more than 40 years ago) who told me at the time that Sati coffee is not terrible, because "bitterness", but then I taste by myself if a positive evolution has occurred. Well, it's the most mediocre coffee I've ever had !! I had to put two pods to have a semblance of taste and if taste there is earthy! I have already drunk all brands (even that of Lidl is better). I'm going back to the German Tchibo coffee shop, which is much better.
PS: I suggest to Sati to make a comparison taste with Tchibo to discover the difference (it is flagrant !!)
