A really pathetic salad, that one star comes from just the location

Very nice cafe at the southern coast with very beautiful vista. I find that they make the best "korvapuusti" in the Finland. Nice place to go with a girlfriend for cup of coffee. Moderately priced. Definitely can recommend this place

Maritime Helsinki in one of the city's most popular beach areas. Considering the corona time, the tables are both indoors and outdoors loosely. There are small tasty snacks, pizza, panino, pies, ice creams, coffee, drinks, etc. on offer. as well as "session pots"). Due to the small size of the toilets, there could be more hand washing points. There were few hand points. I saw only three of them, two of which were desi / running out. Additional note: make sure that hot lunch food, such as soup, etc. is ready. The staff may not notice the warning if it is just starting to take place (it took me 1/2 hour to get the salmon soup, which was really good!).

You queue for 15 minutes for over priced cafeteria. Stuck at 80s no-service culture. They could be a fab place if it came out of Soviet era.

A modern restaurant/cafe beside the seaside. Many delicacys you can buy with a thick wallet or with a Visa gold. The only thing that bothers me, is the dull architecture of the building in one of the most beautifull places in Helsinki, but that's only my opinion!

Black tea only as a bag and the water is lukewarm. The coffee drinker's experience was better.

Good location of the cafe. There are lunches. The minimum is 11.50 Euro. It includes soup, salad and coffee with dessert. If you do not get to the danch, I recommend taking soup with red fish. Delicious. A small portion of soup is 9.5 Euro. Very nice view from the windows.

Good hiding place. Also gluten free products. Excellent sea views. Sea views are reflected in the prices.

Nice cafe-restaurant by the sea! The place serves a variety of juices, coffee's, sweats, salads and meals at reasonable prices for Finland. Sometimes can be crowded and the service could be better in means of efficiency and politeness.

Vegetable risotto was a heated cold salad for someone who hadn't even seen rice ...

The plates were not blocked, the birds were happy to eat from the tables, the pizza was somewhat too burnt. I guess the million is paid for in this place, not so much else.

Coffee was a bit on a pricey side, paid 5.50 euros for caffeine free Latte. Otherwise, sea view and nice atmosphere.

Carusel is a Finnish classic. You go there for the location, the history and the atmosphere. The food is good. Not spectacular, but not bad either. The service is very good, as in most places in Finland. Last time I went I ordered the vegan pizza and that wasn't a good idea, as it was really not good. I told them as feedback though and they returned the money, even though I'd managed to eat half of it. So no hard feelings, just hope they take it off the menu, or then make it better. The salmon soup was very good I hear. And the pizza slices looked much better than the ordered pizza.

Excellent cafe ... often full but well worth a visit

Always busy, never very clean and mostly noisy. The food and coffee are fairly standard for Finland, so nothing really exciting. It filled a much needed gap in the area, which is well heeled. Been a couple of times, but would not be a place that I would frequent regularly.

One of our best front line oceanfront cafes where you can get surprisingly good and varied lunches. Carusel is right on the shoreline with particularly picescent views across the narrow strait to the yacht clubs. Flagging past sails and boats can be followed directly from the table. Casual self-service meals, varied lunch portions and pastries are included in this place. Here you get a decent "ear hanger" that feels like a bargain price. Coffee is also good and can be invested. Value for money, a little expensive. Casual music creates an atmosphere. Fill rental with Kompassitor (approx. 100m). Paid parking is available on the boardwalk.

The view is amazing! The beer is also very good. The only minus is there was nobody cleanling the tables after clients were leaving and we had to clear the tables ourselves. Overall, the place is very nice and even though it was "closed" we were still allowed to stay on and finish our beers! The prices are also maybe a little too exagerated. Conclusion, I recommend it for a Saturday/Sunday out with the family!
