My time at the hotel was professional, I work with events, I can't talk about the rooms, but the service needs more training to serve the public directly. I live in botafogo and the location is great.

Courteous and prompt staff. Iron for loan. Execelente breakfast. One of the worst baths of my life. Little water in the shower and every 10 seconds it cools too much and then it gets too hot. Would not stay there again.
