I'd like to thank the 2 young men who answered my call after hours yesterday evening May 23,2017. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I called at 6:22 and they called right back! My electric had gone off and on all day at least 9 times and possibly more since when I finally lost power to my well and tv. I then realized I had electric in some places and none in others or there were lights on the internet modem but it wasn't working! I told them my issues and in the time it would take them to get here in their truck they were pulling in the driveway. They quickly assessed the situation found the problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes! Because they were well trained they may have very well saved our lives and the loss of my home, my pets and all my possessions! One of the 3 large lines that comes from the transformer had broken completely in two leaving livewires exposured probably from 50+ years of wind and weather!
They made it look easy and like it wasn't a big deal but after they left I thought of what might have happened. Thank God and 2 young professionals from CKenergy who quickly responded to my call! God Bless them and all the other fine employees in our local CKenergy office at Binger, Ok!

I can't do laundry because power goes off. I can't print anything because power goes off. I can't do work on my computer because power goes off. I can't even watch tv because power goes off. I can't fully use my sewing machine because power goes off!!! I really dislike this company. We have lived in Somers Pointe since 2009 and every year this happens 8 to 10 times within the year. One of my TV's stopped working because of these power outages that happen every other week.

Im sick of this company!

People in the office are very rude. Dread going in and dealing with them every month.They dont care about the customers all they want is that money. Then they talk about you behind your back.. Wish i had other options for electric company.

I have to agree with the general consensus that this electric company is inadequate and undependable. We to have lost power on clear sky sunny days. There is more but I'll just conclude with the services and customer service we had with another provider here in OK was far superior. Next time we move we will know to ask who/what kind of provider supplies the residence with electric power. We shall be avoiding cooperatives.

The worst utility to have or to DEPEND ON to stay connected

The worst electric company! Off at least once a week! So I have to finally spend my money to purchase a generator to keep everything working. Power surges all the time. Wish I was back on OG&E

Worst electric company ever! No power for days but all my friends with og&e have power.

Fairly reliable power for where we are at.

One star is for the AWFUL staff. Rude and inattentive.

I hate this company I have had my power go out on nice sunny days. They take forever to turn power back on and I swear they cheat you on your bill. If you have the choice its almost better to choose any electric company over this one.

I know the power is knocked out by an ice storm but everyone around me has had their power back on within the same day the storm cleared. Meanwhile here I am almost 2 weeks later practically camping out of my house all because they havent gotten around to replacing the 6 power lines that got taken down in between me and rest of the community. I've had to keep gallons of water around to refill my toilet because I'm on a well and the house is all electric without electricity so excuse me if I seem a tad upset.

They can't seem to keep up with the distribution of energy at times. We have power outages on the weirdest times, when is nice and sunny outside, for no apparent reason. It just seems shady. Not much we can do though. We don't have a choice to go with anybody else.

Anytime i have ever had to talk to these people in the office they act like i am taking them away from something very important and that it is justba hassel to even answer the phone. I have never heard of a pkace that allows its employees to treat their customers this way. I would change electric companies if i could.

If the weather turns bad, you can fully expect to lose power. It's no shocker when you lose power with good weather. I'll have to disagree with reviews about talking with rude representatives because ive never been able reach one.

Horrible, the power goes out on the most unexpected moments. My husband has to do homework online and its just unreliable. We're always wondering if the power will go out during get togethers. Its so annoying. And its not cheap either.

I hate this company. Anytime the wind blows the wrong way there is a power outage. Expecting bad weather? Be prepared for no power. They take forever to restore power as well. And if you have to do business with the office the people are very rude!

I have found the Employees to be nice and very professional. I do not understand why these other people complaint , so much for. Worse power company of all time. Power outages all the time. Gilligan could power an entire island with a bicycle generator made of bamboo better than this "power" company can power one county street. I'd be better off buying a hamster and hooking a tiny generator to his wheel. Hell I bet he'd be more consistent than these crooks

Worst power service provider ever. Union City loses power about twice a month. Half of UC is CK, the other half is OGE. Somehow, OGE manages to supply their customers is constant power. I've had to replace a modem and TV from all of the power surges. People should get to choose their service providers. This might be worse than Obama Care.

Caddo was a lot better. Service isn't that great when there's an outage. When you report an outage, you talk to someone in Kansas. Miss Caddo.

I can not believe the complaints. I have been a member since 2005. I have always had kind courteous employees to deal with.

Probably the worst electric supplier I have ever dealt with. Can not even keep the power on during a calm, non windy, clear night. Have had more power outtages in a fairly calm month than during a full on ice storm.

We used these guys for two years before we just moved. They were always very professional and courteous. The power did go out quite often (Oklahoma for you) but they always got it back on in a reasonable time

5 days.....
5 days and power has gone out 6 times.
It didn't go out during torrential downpours and 60mph winds.
It went out during clear skies, lovely weather.
What in the actual hell is going on with this "power company"?

It sucks!!! I gave it 1 star bc I was forced to give it a star.
