I hardly write such critical reviews but an organisation which uses 'vague' comments to reject candidature of someone may need to be exposed.
I am currently working with one of the most renowned MNCs which is a dream organization of many. My area of expertise is diverse, and one of those is translation and interpretation. I am working on this domain for more than eight years with native speakers on daily basis.
Cactus informs me that my translation is not upto their 'benchmark'.

While I might accept this humbly, I would like to really see a sample of 'benchmark', set by them as I can see here in Google reviews too that they even passed similar remarks even to the native speakers.
Time to retrospect...

Please don't waste candidates time by calling for an interview. Just for the analysis of you call the candidates whether they are eligible or not. The questionnaire you asked to fulfilled is monotonous & stupidity. Many MNC recruitment process is not tedious as compare as your. Recruitment process is long & meaningless. Trying to be professional is not enough little common sense or understanding of hiring process could save our time.

Best in team's of service , customer treatment , and employee treatment as well good infrastructure and a marvelous chain of command. Can't get any better than the service they offer

A company that's still living on past glory of being a good company to work at. Not anymore. There is no diversity and they don't seem to realise that there are employees that never put up great stats, but needs to be kept around just because they make the people around them better. Another company turned greedy.

Pay for editors is ridiculous; lack of support from seniors

The office is Very big and specious.its a big corporate building.you can easily reach from chakala metro station. Office environment is really good.they have total 2 floors 6th and 7th. People are polite and professional.

I recently gave a test and was expecting results explaining where I went wrong even if I passed. To my surprise, inspite of me being very certain I did not muck up the test as well as being a native speaker and writer, I was failed with no accurate response as to where and why I wasn't selected. Very unfortunate.
