I delivered here a few times never had any troubles .

First time going there people was nice .less than 45 minutes. 25 pallets. We have a few customers in Laredo tx. GOOD PLACE

Please stay away from picking up a load from this place!!! 4 hours after I checked in to pick up. Not even started loading my trailer yet. Irresponsible and lazy employees work here. Many good and time saving places in Laredo, but not Cabrera Llamas Forwarding. Truckers A V O I D coming here if you can.

My driver was here 4 hrs trying to get offloaded. After 2 hrs of asking they had a "shift change " when I called to see where the paperwork was they hung up on me. Avoid if you can.

This person is by far the rudest person I have encountered in years. I asked to speak to a manager because I did not understand why her attitude was so bad when interaction with other drivers, person refused said no manager. Freight business is about service, and she needs training or to work in a position without interaction with others. If this was a pickup, I would have immediately canceled the load, and notified customer why. (Photo is of rude person since she refused to give her name)

Came on time for a 3 pm live load, other trucks have come and gone. Was told I would be next after one truck, and they started on a different one. This place is aggravating.
