I tried a flight of beers and they were all fantastic and the staff was all very friendly and knowledge about the beers and different styles. The double IPA was my favorite. The decor is very trendy and I especially like their custom made light fixtures which they used recycled pallette boards for. They also have unique art through out the building.

Solid local brewery. The beer is great but so is the food. I've had brunch here and recently stopped in for dinner. Both were excellent! I can't wait for their new Mosaic location to open since it will be closer to home.

Food was excellent! Beer was disappointing, the nitro NSB was pretty good and the rye with Amarillo pepper was fun but not something I would regularly drink. The pale and IPA was disappointing. That said, ordering from the table by QR code was easy and staff were friendly! Definitely had a good time and would come back!
Dog, bike, and kid friendly!

Came in about 8:45 (they close at 11) and ordered a beer to start. My server went upstairs to drink with a friend or coworker and never came back. The bartender was at the other end of the bar talking with friends. After I duduced the man wasn't coming back I finally got the bartenders attention and ordered food, she put the order in then told me kitchen just closed. They have good beer, but poor service. So much for dinner.

Didn t even get the chance to have a snack or grab a drink due to disappointing service. Stopped by on a bike ride after hearing rave reviews about the ambiance and food...walked in, was immediately ignored by 3 hosts (including a manager with a piss poor attitude who said he wasn t a host but he guessed he could host). Ended up sitting down at the bar to be blatantly ignored by about 7 servers and 2 bartenders who walked by. 15 minutes later, it really wasn t worth waiting around for bar snacks and hydration.

My boyfriend and I went here for brunch after hearing a lot of hype. First, it took several tries at first just showing up then finally making reservations to eat here. Parking is almost impossible, which others have already noted. However, I am willing to battle parking difficulties for excellent food. Sadly, this food was only just ok and was in small portions for being priced on the higher end. For example, the $12 fines-herbes and goat cheese omelet comes with a spring mix side salad (which is just lettuce with a slight vinaigrette, no there's other veggies), not potatoes or even just toast, and it wasn't easy to find the dab of goat cheese that they nestled inside the thinly folded omelet. Also, my boyfriend asked for jam or jelly with his English muffin, to which the waitress said ok. When she brought the food she had not brought any jam or jelly, and when my boyfriend asked about it she disappeared for a few minutes, then came back and said they didn't have jam/jelly. I think it's pretty surprising that a place that serves brunch wouldn't offer some kind of preserves, but even worse that the waitress didn't seem to know that. Which leads me to the worst thing about this place: terrible service. No one was rude at all, just painfully slow and completely inattentive. It took no less than 20 minutes for someone to bring us water let alone take a drink or food order, flagging someone down was next to impossible, and we had a different people coming to the table half the time (busboys, other servers, etc.). It took about 90 minutes for us to get through our meal there, with most of the time being spent waiting to place our order, waiting for the food (which arrived on the cool side, btw), then waiting for the check.

In summary, I bet this is a nice place to go for a cold beverage on a summer evening on the patio, but it's a place you can definitely skip for brunch.

Delicious food and beers. The GM greeted us at the bar and was very friendly. We had come after dinner had stopped being served so we sampled the small plates and were very happy with the quality of the food. Will definitely be back for dinner sometime!

Little pricey if you're from out of town, but delicious small plates and a wisely varied selection of craft brews. Classy. If it's your first time, get the brewer's sampler. Good tart, and good pepper-infused, in small doses.

Lunch is overpriced and underwhelming. I paid $12 for the pork belly and was served three pieces of pork, with 50% solid fat on a bed of a half dozen beans.

Also for a bar that's right next to a major bike trail this is pathetic attempt to cater to cyclists. The bike racks are a joke and most are forced to lock their bikes to a fence.

I mean, beer is beer, it was fine, but I can t say much more than that. I wouldn t go back. Customer service was meh. Think their branding needs some work. Also saw them at a festival and whoever was working did their company a huge disservice. Tons of breweries in NOVA, try another one!

Met a friend at Caboose to sample a few beers at the bar. Since the beers change often, I had a flight of five tasty brews including one with a hot pepper essence (the Ghost)... excellent! The guy next to me came in with a Growler, and told me he is a regular so I think this spot will do well. Fun, open design perfect for group, and I plan to return soon.

Yet another local Northern Virginia brewery located directly off the WO&D Trail. This place was absolutely PACKED today probably due to the beautiful warm weather. Their dark beers were great but just a shade on the expensive side. A flight of 4 ran me about 14 bucks.

Food was outrageous over priced. Got a coffee mug of french fries for $7, that was a joke. And their ham butcher plate had 3 slices of ham served with a "cracker" that was like eating lemon flavored bark. The alcohol was good, but the food was just sad. Maybe I'm just spoiled because Richmond has some of the best brewery's and they actually serve real food that's also farm to table. Maybe, management should take a small field trip. Definitely won't be returning any time soon.

When you first visit the brewery, don't let the fact that you are driving to the end of a dead end road in a poorly lit industrial park deter you. You will not be murdered or maimed, but in fact you will have delicious beer and fresh farm-to-table cuisine! The waitstaff and bartenders are all great!

If you like craft beer. You gotta go. If you like fresh local sourced food. You gotta go. Gets crowded quickly after work, and minimal parking can be a drag, but they have a valet service which is nice. Easy access from the trail if you are local and bike. Great service, wonderful staff.

Always fun to hang out at caboose. It s local to my town and I enjoy the beer for the most part. Apps are good and excellent Hamburger. Have not had any other dinner entrees but everything looks real gourmet. Fantastic location if you are riding you bike on the weekends. Parking is the only downer but they do have a gravel lot in the back but it s sketchy at night. Bar staff always friendly and polite and know what they are doing unlike many establishments. Bathroom clean but not special could use paper towels. Overall a fun place to hang with friends and beer would be 4/5 for me.

The service was amazing and the beer was great. However I had the brussel sprouts and was up all night with food poisoning. My wife emailed the place and received nothing from the owners...only asking for an acknowledgement. I really liked the beer so unsure if i'll be back.

Given the long wait and the herds of people packed...

Given the long wait and the herds of people packed like sardines, I felt like the food didn't quite live up to the hype. It's really a hit or a miss. After being told that there would be a 45 minute wait, I ordered drinks at the bar and 10 minutes later, I had to quickly close out as our table was ready.

Curious by the diverse menu, my fiancee and I ordered our usual feast sampling a variety of dishes. Most of the dishes missed the mark and doused in oil. While I appreciated the uniqueness of the Singaporean noodles, they were quite oily.

The mac and cheese was hands down the WORST mac and cheese I've ordered. The "oven-baked" mac and cheese was so bad that a film of cheese started separating from the pasta. I honestly was ready to send it back when my fiancee had to stop me.

The roasted beet salad was a sad sad salad. The ingredients were poorly thrown together without much flavor. I don't expect a 5 star salad at a brewery, but it was quite underwhelming.

I enjoyed the crispy brussell sprouts and hand-cut fries. The sriracha aioli dipping sauce was heavenly and perfectly complemented the fries.

I enjoyed the Bramblin' Man cocktail with vodka, lemon, and blackberry and lavender syrup. It was a well-balanced with a hint of sweetness. I wasn't a fan of the House Red and a Spanish wine that I ordered.

As I always save room for dessert (with this meal, it wasn't an issue), the Bourbon Apple Cinnamon Gelato was the highlight of the meal. I'm not a fan of gelato, but the flavor was so rich and complex that I savored every bite. My fiancee enjoyed the root beer float. Nice to see a throwback dessert on the menu. Glad the meal ended on a high note.

Next time, I'm going to skip dinner here. I would come back for some fries, drinks, and let's not forget...dessert!
