I have cablenet for 3 years now and i am very disappointed. The worst internet i have ever had. I cant even use facebook or YouTube sometimes.
I am working online only. Friday evening sudenly Internet cut off. Called 130, and they say that their technicians Will contact with me. However is going for too long. Alresdt 3 days nobody contact with me. Nobody wants to work as i see. I even offered tgem to pay extra money so they come imidiatly but they did not excepted. Now i lost money because of this provider.
The only highspeed reliable ISP in Larnaca. You get 5 times faster internet for same or even lower price among others. ADSL(Cyta) should be dead 10 years before. MIFI(MTN,Primetel) is not reliable especially during holidays or even small events involving people to call each other or watch online. Service is helpful but installation could take more than a week.
They have move store location and did not update it on Google maps. Worst internet provider ever!

Perfect service, fast and effective. I took the fiber, appointment after a week and installation in 30 minutes. Speed contract (100mb/s) and for only 29.99 !!! Punctual and kind technicians. Great service, I don t understand the negative reviews.
Not impressed and nothing done for complaints. Even not a customer yet and they can't handle a simple request. Needed to get detailed updates on my new connection, and after several failed attempts to talk with someone at higher level for further information relating to the progress connecting the service, apart from the usual answer 'no new information on our system', I gave up. I have also been told that someone would give me a call, after a week nothing yet. There is definitely something wrong with the complaints being managed, especially from new customers. UPDATE: I received a call at the end to arrange the date for installing the service, but without an apology for the complaint or delay.
Very easy to deal with they did a great job.probably the most inexpensive in Cyprus if you have access to cabel where you are living.
Unreliable and terrible customer service and communication
Worst customer service I've ever faced! 1. You've Added unreasonable amount to the bill without any description or warning. 2. You're Not answering the emails sent through "Contact us" form - not reaching back (I'm sending you an email, I prefer to get the response by an email too. What if I'm numb and/or deaf and can't talk???) 3. You've signed me up for the physical mailing on your own decision when I was not asking for it when I was signing the contract with you. 4. I'm calling to your Customer service 130, and though the lady was polite, she put me on hold for 5 minutes, for which you're also charged me money while I was waiting. Who knows, maybe she went to make coffee??!! Everything looks like scam, covered with another scam!!!!
The company charges one month in advance and if one fails to pay on time they charge an extra 5 which is very unjust since they are paid in advance. I tried to explain to them that my mother had an operation and was not in a position to pay the bill promptly since she couldn't go to their offices - only a few days late - but I got the same bureaucratic reply that ostensibly it was written on the contract that the penalty had to be paid. When I had asked to speak to the manager they said that I had to call the 130 number. Personally I believe that they are only trying to find ways to charge people more money Had I been their client (and not my mother) I would have interrupted their service. What's more I don't like their channels...
