An unprofessional dentist who is far behind on the scheduled appointment at 10 am and who announces it to me when I am in front of the office.

I strongly discourage this dentist! it hurt me a lot by scaling and charged me $ 88. Ashamed !!!!

Victim of a toothache I go to doctolib and make an appointment online with this doctor.
Getting an appointment for the next morning I endure the pain all night while wisely waiting for my appointment.
Unfortunately the next morning the practitioner leaves a voice message to cancel the appointment due to confinement.
I call the practitioner's office explaining the situation to him and he does not offer me any solution.
He simply indicates to me that the appointments were intended only for his patients while this was not indicated on doctolib.
In addition, he even suggests that the pain has been present for a long time and that this is due to my neglect.
The pain appeared upward within 48 hours.
To conclude, I find myself without an appointment, without solutions and this doctor did not show any compassion when the error came from his fact.

I do not recommend this practitioner:
-Arrive late
- Extraction of painful wisdom teeth (injured mouth)
-Lack of equipment (extraction stopped because a tool was missing)
- Negative character
