Very good property very clean and peaceful. Food is very good and staff is very cooperative

Great property to enjoy some lone time oustide the city. With really humble and elegant staff.

I never get into it but it looks oswam from outside.

We stayed here for 1 week in March 2018.
Good points:-
Good location for us with shops and our village in Phagwara not too far by car.
Nice relaxing garden space.
Fast food outlets are not too far by car.
Modern looking hotel with very nice spacious hotel lobby area.
Mr Singh the doorman was very friendly and polite.
The breakfast was very nice and tasty and good value for money.
Popular location for weddings/parties/meetings.
Bad points:-
Water pressure from shower was very poor.
The shower tray was very low so the whole toilet area would become flooded with water seeping over to easily.
In some need of repair with cracks in walls, missing wall tiles and poor plastering.
The bar staff in the evening were not really friendly and need some customer service training.
Some of the staff could not fully understand Punjabi so given that we were in the Punjab this needs addressing.
One of the restaurant staff member - Rajnish - was a little rude and arrogant and also in need of customer service training - we had to complain to the manager about him. He appeared to act the same with most people so needs to improve quickly or find another position.
The outdoor swimming pool was dirty and in need of cleaning out and no one used it during our entire stay.
I would rate this as a 4 star rather than 5 star hotel as the hotel rating system in India is a little too generous.
All in all a good hotel and we would consider returning unless another 5 star hotel opened nearby.

I had visited this place with 10 colleagues for lunch. Loved the food and hospitality. Lot of options in both veg and non-veg.
This is huge place with multiple dining options. Got to know that lot of celebrities keep visiting this place. They have put a showcase that has autographs from Dhoni, Dharmendra, Deepika Padukone and many other celebrities.
Had less time but enjoyed the complete duration that I was there.... Would love to visit again...

You can say that service is good but hotel decoration is not so good. Facilities are there but take caring is not so well.

Passable ambience, good environment but was in news lately for substandard food and unhygienic kitchen conditions. Not something expected from a good hotel. Preparation as such is average. Not a 5 star hotel indeed by any stretch of imagination.

The AC of the room allotted on 3rd floor was not working , on request room changed after one hour.Again same problem in that room and again room changed at ground floor.2 hours wasted in very hot days.In the room there are very big mosquitoes and could not sleep whole night.Very poor management.

Hotel Cabbana has to be the worst hotel in the world.They managers are totally useless and dont know what customer service is.We have been trying to book a wedding function and have called and emailed multiple times but no response.They keep telling us will email right back but its been weeks and the service is pathetic.

I recommend the manager and the stuff to undergo some training as they are in the wrong position at the hotel.We will not do any weeding fuction after the pathetic service in the start.

Hospitality is good. Infrastructure is also nice. It's a great family hotel.

Very warm welcome by the staff. Food was fantastic.

Went for a beer and dinner at the buffet. Service was great and the waiting staff went out of their way to deliver. The building and set up as a whole is excellent.
