A lovely day meandering historic cabbagetown! I enjoyed the charming shops, one-of-a-kind coffee shops and the best Victorian architecture in Canada. The area is a must-see for anyone wanting to experience Toronto at its finest -- today or 100 years ago. Check out this village - what a gem! The tote bags and souvenirs are great value to take home too!

A charming neighbourhood with plenty to see and do... never a dull day/night when I visit. Love the fact that one can contribute to the fundraising for the continued enhancement of the area through purchasing Cabbagetown-branded merchandise!

I have contacted this group but I feel that they did not respond to my inquiry very well and I did not receive any relevant information which is quite sad. Perhaps some further customer service training is required for the people that have customer contact at this organization

Update Sept/2019: Even better than last year...and up one star :) ...several more food kiosks it seems but many were the same ie pulled pork sandwich. Great weather helped bring people out and good deals were to have.

***

The yearly Cabbagetown Festival is in full swing with various kiosks, food stands, live bands and an abundance of people.

Kids amusement with a Pirate Ship, ice cream, corn on the cob and inflated bouncing houses to keep them busy.

There's even a secure area to park your bike.

And who can turn down a pulled pork sandwich loaded with fresh coleslaw!
