Desde mi experiencia en C3NTRO TELECOM, una startup tecnológica en Ciudad de México, la percepción es de una empresa convencional que prioriza su estabilidad financiera por encima del desarrollo del equipo. La cultura organizacional parece más enfocada en la supervivencia que en el aprendizaje; si no investigas por tu cuenta, no hay un gestor dedicado a formarte. Para muchos, es un lugar aceptable si solo buscas un salario mientras encuentras una oportunidad mejor, pero si pretendes quedarte mucho tiempo, el crecimiento profesional se estanca. La dinámica de liderazgo es uno de los puntos más débiles. El CEO muestra cierta visión, pero se queda atado a la burocracia y es bastante incoherente con sus decisiones, cambiando de opinión constantemente. Lo más destacable es su falta de profesionalismo al gestionar conflictos: suele explotar y regañar a los empleados en cualquier lugar público, desde los pasillos hasta el baño, sin distinguir entre situaciones delicadas y situaciones cotidianas. Además, tiende a generalizar los castigos; por las faltas de unos pocos, afectan al grupo entero, incluso llegando a sacar fotos a los trabajadores por ir a comprar algo rápidamente, asumiendo que todos hacen lo mismo. En cuanto al tema laboral, destacan los despidos mediante cartas que obligan a firmar una renuncia voluntaria. En resumen, es un entorno donde la coerción y la falta de matices en el trato hacia el personal son la norma.
