I've been trying to get a refund for 2 months now ...
I've been trying to get a refund for 2 months now for a show that has been postponed. I reached out to other companies associated with the ticket purchase and have been informed that I need to contact C3 about getting my refund.
I contacted C3 and they never responded. This is hugely unprofessional, disappointing, and frustrating. I won't be supporting this company in the future. I just hope I get a reply.
My next option is to contact BBB to file for a lawsuit if they continue to not respond.

I've made multiple calls with no response as well as emails about ticket updates/ refunds. Purchased 4 pre sale tickets for a concert that has now been rescheduled. The venue as responded as well as seetickets, both letting me know C3 is this only one who can help. It doesn't seem C3 has an interest in even responding to their customers concerns.
