Tino and his crew did a fantastic job and were very responsive to my concerns. I'm pleased with the materials CR Boger selected for my roof and the manner in which it was installed, and it should be since I was paying a lot of money.

CR Boger's sales staff are a bit aggressive. They arrive quickly to do their consultation and get you to sign a contract. Their staff is educated on basic selling, so expect techniques like offering concessions or discounts on a initially high quote, and trying to move your set-point regarding the final price of a roof by comparing a bare-bones cheap roof to a premium, bells-and-whistles roof. While these techniques can be frustrating, remember that if you cut to the bone on the bid, you won't be getting the best crew to work on your roof.

I can recommend CR Boger if you're looking to have a good or premium roof installed, are not easily offended by tried-and-true sales techiques, and quality of workmanship is a priority; just remember that you will have to pay for that level of service because it's not cheap.

We have, for the second time, employed the services of C & R Boger Construction Inc. for window replacement in our home. The salesman was courteous, friendly and knew his product inside and out.
The installers were also friendly and courteous. They arrived on time (actually a little early) and finished well ahead of the predicted time.
This summer, we have especially appreciated the reduced heat transfer into our home on the south and west facing windows. We have also noticed a reduction of cold air falling from the new windows during the winter months.
We are 100% satisfied with the service and 110% satisfied with the appearance (from both the inside and the outside) and serviceability of our new windows.

This company sucks the worst company ever

I needed New doors and Windows and they came out and di a fantastic Job very professional I could not be there while they where doing the install and they treated my wife with the utmost respect. The best part is the Owner of the company found out that I could not get financed because after 22 years in the Navy my credit was less then stellar he took it upon himself to carry the note for me and I make my payment directly to the company every month. THANK YOU, CR BOGER INC.

Worst company ever! We originally had the sales guy come out, he was great. He told us the material and everything would take a month to get, we were getting a metal roof. We didn't hear anything back for 3 months, and that's with putting half of the money down. I continued to call trying to figure out anything. I came to find outhe literally everyone in the office had been fired or left because of stress. I got a hold of the office manager Kevin who said our job would take 3 days. So when they finally came out it took the crew a month and a half, there were days the crew never showed up. And no one told us what was going on, I had to keep calling before Kevin told me that he didn't believe in emails he thought it was the easy way out, but he didn't have time to let me know what was going on. So terrible....
The first crew that came out was so bad they all got fired within a week. The replaced them and the second crew had to redo all of their work, which they didn't have enough material so they had to re-order and took even longer. There were men sleeping on out deck when I looked outside. If go out and ask if he was okay and he'd just say he had a rough night. How is this okay.....
They then called for payment when the roof wasn't even done. There was never a final walk through to see if the job was done right, it wasn't and we're still having problems and yet again no on will return our calls.
The company called us two months after they were "done" and asked if we wanted to schedule an estimate for a roof.
This is the worst company, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I am a full time working, savvy woman who spent $20k in home remodeling in the past year. My husband agreed that we need new gutters and trusted my project management and detail skills to get the quote and all the information since I recently project-managed (including finance details) the windows and bathroom remodels (not from CR Boger). My husband prefers limited involvement, and I prefer to be in charge.

When the guy showed up, he immediately wanted to know where my husband was, and made snarky remarks about him not caring about our home. He tried to tell me my husband was the breadwinner. When I explained that if we have to wait for my husband, we will never get our home repaired, he snorted and said, "Yep. You probably will never get your home repaired."

I then realized that if this company doesn't respect women from the beginning of the project, how is this going to work in the middle and end? I felt disrespected enough that I had to ask him to leave my property before finishing the estimate. I've never done that before.

I immediately used one of CR Boger's competitors, Washington Energy Service, to get new gutters. I used WSE for my windows too! Highly recommend. My husband was never involved, and everything was perfect.

C & R Boger Construction did an awesome job replacing all of the windows in our home! They are fantastic! We noticed and immediate difference in insulation in the warm weather and then the winter came, WOW what a difference! Love these new windows! Cannot wait to replace the doors too! The crew did great work, were very professional and the owner even stopped by to see how things were going and to lend a hand. Impressive!

I spent a great deal of money with CR Boger, getting both a new roof and investment grade windows throughout my house. How shocked I was then when I called this winter to let them know that I needed a roof shingle fixed, because it had blown off. I called them a total of FOUR times, and talked to FOUR different people, who each said, "No problem. We will get a crew out to your house by tomorrow." Guess what? The shingle is still not fixed. No crew, no followup call. I finally gave up and am writing this review instead. I would give the customer service / guarantee of their work the grade of F. One guy even asked if I would email him a picture of the color of my roof so they could match the shingle color, which I did immediately. No followup with this company. Very disappointing, since I invested around $25,000 in their products.

CRBoger is a family owned business that cares about your family. its not all about them making money, they want you to have what you need and will work with you so you can afford it. the free estimate offer isnt a gimmick,they sincerely care about your home and take pride in your satisfaction.

I interviewed around 5 different roofing companies before I chose C & R Boger. The lead, Robert Brock, was excellent and explained all the products and warranties offered.
The company up-graded me because I would have to wait over a month to receive the shingles I chose at no extra cost to me. What a deal!!!! The roofers were very hard workers and toiled in the 96 degrees record heat.

The technician, Al, was also excellent. He helped me with issues that he did not have to even aid me with. All the company employees were helpful, polite and always gracious.

I heard about Josh's injury and I pray he is okay. Get well soon!!!

Do NOT give these guys your number! Their pushy sales staff will call you relentlessly! I blocked their number and they still call every couple weeks. I got a quote from them years ago for a roof that has since been replaced. We ended up going with another company for 1/3 the price. Their sales pitch was great and the sales guy was not happy when we gave a firm "No." Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

The rude door to door salesman kept pushing for information to make his pitch. I tried politely declining several times expecting him to accept a no but when he made it personal the conversation was over. I can't speak to the quality of work they do but that was a lousy introduction.

The Premier Windows are a great product with everything we wanted in windows, they keep the heat out in the summer and the heat in in the winter. And they have the best lifetime warranty that even transfers if you sell the house.
The sales personnel were polite, informative and they did not pressure at all.
Finance was very helpful in getting us a good deal with low interest rates and low payments.
Installation was fast, efficient, professional, thorough and after they were gone you'd never know they had been there!
I wholly recommend C & R Boger for all of their work and products.

Sneakthief Nomadic Fanatic (Eric Jacobs) stole your C.R. Boger jingle, he is making a mockery of your company on youtube, he is a felonious conman and doing indirect damage to your reputation. I suggest you look into this matter for your own sanctity.

I have never been as pleased with a construction company as I have with C & R Boger. Having been contracted for a new roof installation, their specialists tackled this very challenging job with a patience and diligence rarely seen in construction today. Courteous and punctual, I was humbled by their genial manner and approach-ability. At no point did I feel pressured to consider materials or styles not already agreed upon and their favorable prices and lack of hidden or surprising prices guaranteed that they will have in me a customer for life.

My house has a new look and vibrancy that it didn't have before. Even the neighbors are in awe!

I recently had my 17 year old roof replaced with an Owens Corning lifetime warranted roof by CRBoger Construction & I am VERY happy with the whole experience!! The gentleman that gave me an extremely informative & in depth description of the materials & benefits of what I was buying (Kendal Hall) did an excellent job of explaining everything. He told me that while they were installing this new roof that they would also be adding "venting" to my roof that would make my living space way more comfortable on very hot days. His pitch about reducing the inside temp of my house on those very hot 80-90 degree days sounded almost too good to be true. I was very impressed with the different materials that were used on this lifetime warranted roof so I gave them the go ahead to do the roof. I was anxious to see what the real change in temp was inside my house on those 80-90 degree days when the new roof & venting was complete. Well in the end Kendal was not exaggerating anything about that temp reduction & now my house is so nice & cool inside on those very hot days. The two man roofing team they sent out were THE BEST too. They worked so good together & were busting their butts through the whole job. It was apparent these guys knew their stuff!! I would recommend CRBoger to anyone wanting a quality roof job!!

We have had C&R Boger install all the windows and our patio door to make them more energy efficient and cut the glare from the sun that blazed through the entire back of our house, which was our main living area. The first install was when we had failing windows and just did those. The process was very easy and the price, although not the cheapest, was reasonable since the windows are totally made by them and they are guaranteed. The guys who installed were very polite and everything was absolutely spotless when they left. Then we noticed how much quieter our house was, along with being cooler in the next very hot summer. We still had 5 windows to go and saved until we could have them replaced, which we did just recently. Now the entire house is so incredibly quiet we are amazed. We have a racetrack down the hill from us, about a mile, and it has been so loud we can barely carry on a conversation when they are running. It is now just a distant hum and we are so happy! Would recommend you in a heartbeat!

Never ending phone calls trying to get my business. Apparently "no thank you" doesn't register! And there's been some mighty rude people begging for my business from there! I finally wised up and blocked the phone number!

Our new roof was completed on 8 Sep and we couldn't be happier. The installation crew was cordial and professional and worked tirelessly to do the best job possible. We will recommend CR Boger to everyone.

I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me as my uncle does roofing and i am not interested. I appreciate and understand sales, but I have said numerous times no thank you, some of which were nice and told me they would note not to call me anymore. 2 (might be the same person) way to pushy to make me an appointment. Please please take me off your list!

Our roof failed less than six weeks after installation in 11/2012 by CR Boger. Two years ago on New Year's Eve we discovered we had an attic that was molding and dripping water. Within days, Chris Boger, owner stood in our driveway and promised to "make things right". One month later, the owner would not even respond to our phone calls. It took a law suit to learn that CR Boger did not have experience in roofing when they botched our roofing job, did not stand behind their work and then blamed us the homeowers for the problems. This summer we replaced the less than 2 year old roofing job done by CR Boger and discovered the extent of the botched job. Not only did they not replace all the plywood sheeting (which we paid for), the sheeting that was replaced was delaminated and had mold through out multiple areas through out the roof and the GAF shingles were not properly nailed down in multiple locations. We have had to replace all of our attic insulation and had mold remediation work through out the attic prior to replacing the poor roofing job by CR Boger. While we did finally reach a settlement with CR Boger's insurance company, the amount received certainly did not cover our expenses. Only the cost of again, reroofing our house. Two years of broken promises and untold numbers of people crawling through our attic to determine what went wrong is not an experience any homeowner should go through. CR Boger is not reliable nor trustworthy.

GET ALL OF THEIR PROMOSES IN WRITTING BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!!! They will tell you anything to close the deal. I had all of the windows replaced in my house on August 3&4th. I was sold on the windows by their "closer" Howard Chou. He came out to the house after I had told the original sales guys that they were too expensive. One of the biggest selling points Howard made was that PSE would give us a rebate of $75.00 per window. We added it up together and came up with $1425.00 in rebates. This made the deal. I scheduled the install and they did a good job. I then sent all of the documentation to PSE and it turns out they will only rebate up to $1000.00 max. I called and emailed their customer service and even spoke to Howard. He pulled a "did you get that in writing" deal. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the company but they do keep sending me emails for me to post a review for them so here it is.

I recently had a complete roof replacement on my home and was impressed with the CR Boger team from the first neighborhood canvasser to sales & marketing, project management and installation. Sales were very helpful in advising me on appropriate decisions and the quality of the product selections made. Project Management kept me informed of the project start date and followed up with updates or changes. The installation team was skilled, courteous, prompt, kept me informed of their progress, answered all my technical questions, and conducted a thorough cleanup at project completion. I have an excellent looking quality roof that will add value to my home for many years.

From start to finish my interaction with Boger Construction has been wonderful. First i had a knowledgeable sales associate come to my home and help me chose the correct windows and doors for my home as well as secure financing. After choosing what i wanted it took a few weeks for the items to get in but it took only about 3 weeks from my first visit to the installation. I had several windows and all new doors put in my home! The installers did a terrific job and were very thorough. I was real impressed on how they kept the area clean as they worked. Things went smoothly and Mr. Boger himself stopped by the house during installation to see how things were going. I was so pleased i asked for his advice on other projects that i needed done on my home and who he would recommend. I would most definitely use Boger again and the warranty on there products have made me feel comfortable spending the money i did! Thanks again!

CR Boger is a top notch group of contractors working hard to try and deliver quality roofing and windows. As I did recently have them replace my roof, I wish to leave a favorable review because of the positive experience I had with them.

From the start, the guy who came by saying "we are in the area" and asked me if we wanted a free roof estimate, to the estimate process, the sale, the financing, and the actual work involved, I felt as though I was getting everything I needed in a roof contractor. My house is 16 years old, the roof was probably at most a 15 year roof when it was installed, so when they came around and told me it probably should be done, they explained everything clearly, there was no pressure to sell me on anything. They explained what I was getting, explained how the financing options worked, the different materials and features of the product they sell.
What I liked most was the on-site foreman for the project, Richard. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and hard-working. From the Monday they showed up to the Friday they finished he was there and started working. Even though my roof pitch was a bit steeper than what they are used to, there were no complaints. Thank you for your hard work.

These guys know what they're doing! They were thorough and honest from the beginning and the quality is amazing.

My initial experience was ok..... But Followup / warranty repairs was excruciating / borderline ZERO! It took MONTHS to get my issues resolved with no return calls until I packed on the pressure..... Then repairs were scheduled and no showed TWICE! This company needs some serious management changes

We had a Roof quote by them and the young man who came out to do the quote was great, He had only been with the company a month and did a great job.. We told him we had to make a decision cause had several quotes to go over. Then we received a phone call back a few days later to see if some one else could come out and see if they could talk to us, so my husband said sure. This man was rude and rude can be.. He was only out for the sale and as my husband was talking he rudely interrupted him and said am I walking out of here with a sale and my husband said no I need to think about it and the guy walked out. I would never use this place or recommend this place. And now there telemarketers are calling our cell phones all day long.. Will be calling the company Monday morning.

They sent a sales guy to my door who convinced me to give them an opportunity to get me an estimate for my roof replacement. We were getting a new roof so I figured, "why not." Twice that night someone from C&R called me to verify I would be at the appt and that my wife would also be there. She was required to be there too. The next day someone from C&R showed up on my door AGAIN to verify we would both be at the appt tomorrow.

So Wednesday comes, we both leave work early to make this appt that C&R requested then verified 3 times. We wait an hour before someone calls us to let us know they were running late.

You request the appt. You borderline harass us to verify we will both be at the appt, then you don't even bother to show up.

What type of shoddy run business is this? Avoid at all costs.

My new roof looks fantastic! Clean lines, great attention to detail (both with the work and the clean up). The crew was wonderful, courteous, and extremely hard working. I am very pleased with the quality of the roof and the customer service!!

I can't comment on the quality or pricing. They refused to do an estimate without both myself and my husband available for a two hour appointment. We called and setup an appointment with them on my husbands day off. (We work alternating schedules.) Less than 3 hours before the appointment they called to 'reschedule' because I was not going to be available. This was not discussed when the appointment was made and due to our work schedules is nearly impossible. So, to their benefit they did help narrow our options by one.

We recently had windows installed. Ken was our sales person and did a wonderful job explaining how the windows work. The installers arrived on time, installed the windows and cleaned up before leaving. The office staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. We had a question regarding the caulking which was immediately addressed and taken care of. We love our new windows! The house feels warmer and we hear less noise from the outside.

They were late starting. They never communicated when they would start work. They stopped work midway through the project because their contractors weren't being paid. It took them a month to clean up afterwards. We're still waiting for them to finish changes their own inspector said were necessary. They do not respond to phone calls. We had to visit their offices to get them to restart work the first time.

The last time we tried to visit their office, we found it cleaned out. They were nowhere to be found.
