30 mins late for my appt. 3 pallets, 30 minutes. Nice.

Not trucker friendly. Been here almost three hours waiting to get unloaded. Dock workers are rude. I asked to have two vehicles moved so I could get in the dock. They wouldn t move them for me. Not enough space to safely get into docks. Management needs to be revamped!!

I know this place can be difficult but i got there 4 hours before app.got doors immediately unloaded in 20 and gone in other 10.

A driver for Curtze crashed into my elderly mother s car while it was parked in front of her home. The car is now considered a total loss due to the extent of the damage.

While I understand it was an accident, my mother has been treated abysmally by this company. When she called to speak to someone she was treated rudely and dismissed. She has yet to hear from anyone at Curtze or their insurance representative.

I can t speak to the quality of their food, but I can say they have no regard for the general public and have demonstrated a distinct lack of accountability for an accident that their driver was 100% accountable for. I can only assume this lack of care and consideration is evident in all other aspects of their business.

When u come to this location, drive all the way around the building to the backside. In the middle of the docks there's a set of stairs which where they receive at. No drivers on the dock. They will assign and they're blazingly quick here. Lumper fee required and the dock spaces are a lil tight. Otherwise no issues

This place sucks for deliveries, dont waste your time delivering loads here, you will be camping here for 6-8 hours.

Amazing delivery! Arrived two hours before my appointment and was immediately assigned a dock. Waited ten minutes for them to finish a truck at that door. Docked and was met outside by the lumper that would be unloading me. Gave me a price and went to unloading me giving me time to get a comcheck. Unloaded and on my way in 45 minutes! Thanks guys I will gladly deliver here again!
