I've relied on Byte Solutions and their team for over ten years. I've been in business for 25 years and they are head and shoulders above any other IT firm that I've ever used before in the past.

I cannot emphasize enough how very pleased my law firm and I are with Byte Solutions for its recent professional assistance. First time we encountered a recent problem, our LAN network shut down following gateway/ local IP address communication problems with our commercial copier/digital imaging center; e.g., no scanning, printing or storage. Thanks to Byte Solutions, we were straightened out and back in operation promptly, correctly and affordably.

A few days later, we found ourselves in gridlock after repeatedly, unsuccessfully attempting to migrate to a new Microsoft Exchange provider. Faced with the loss of e-mail service and all other Outlook services, we reached out again to Gary and Ken at Byte Solutions. They went the extra mile with both Microsoft staff and Go Daddy and restored all service and data. They are caring, trustworthy, professional and thoughtful.
