Byron Road Medical Group Review

Doctors are good but the checkout station lady that was working at 1130am on 04/12/19 is very rude or possibly having a bad day which affects her service.

This office has become an absolute disgust of a place to come as a patient. Family has followed this practice when it moved but we will be looking for a new place as it is not welcoming. The front desk older lady Mary is very heartless and cold makes it very obvious that assisting patients is an extreme inconvenience as she rolls her eyes and sighs. I never see the same staff around too long anymore. I use to love coming here and there was a head nurse I think her name was Anna or Amy who always went out of her way and helped always being very patient when I had questions about my care. I admit as I get older I am not as fast as I once was but if that front desk lady Mary doesn't have a heart and is in such a hurry it may be time that she take up a different line of work. If it was not for my DR i would have already left . I would not expect to see this office around in another 5 years if something is not done with that cold hearten person.

My doc and the NP are both super nice. They always take the time to talk and listen.

The office staff at Dr Yaldo's office is the absolute rudest bunch I have ever spoke with. We have stopped seeing our Dr unless it is an emergency situation due to the staff. It is very sad that we found the perfect physician but his office staff definitely needs replacing.

If you're under the care of a specialty doctor and are currently prescribed medication from them, this place isn't for you. In the past few days, I've tried to become a new patient at Byron Medical Group because I'm in need of a new PCP. I was turned away due to the meds I'm prescribed from specialty doctors other than a PCP. And, a funny coincidence, my specialist referred me to this place. Oh well, I found another PCP, and I'm sure I'll be very happy with them .

Dr. Yalldo is fantastic. He is friendly and professional. Even busy he will always ask If I have more questions or concerns before moving on. I have also transferred my son to this practice and he is happy as well. I have never had issues with any of the doctors (I have seen 3) or staff. I would not change doctor if I had an issue with the front desk. Speak to the Dr. about it. They have always accommodated me when sick or if they were booked advised to go to urgent care. I prefer that over waiting for an over booked office. Don't forget they deal sick and cranky people all day!

By far the worst doctors office I have ever been to.

This used to be a great doctor's office, until they became affiliated with Ascension. 20 minutes on the phone just to make an appointment now. I've been with Byron Rd medical for 20 years, and I'll be looking to change shortly.
