Excellent food and service and a great ambience at this restaurant steps away from the Old Towne Orange circle. I had the Mezze Platter, Zaatar and oil, and a Turkish coffee. The infredients are super fresh and delicious!
Good veg and vegan options, nice places to sit. Also coffee is great if you haven t had it there yet after your meal.
I love the downtown area and the atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The food is good, but not as flavorful as I expected.
This is a local go to family run business. Food is always fresh staff is always friendly. Sharma and fish dishes are my favorites followed by baklava and Turkish coffee.
Bought a Falafel Sandwich from this place and it was a crime to call it a falafel sandwich... the ingredients were nowhere to the traditional recipe, never in my life was so embarrassed to fall for such bad food, I was too far to back and demand my money back ..... decided that the trash can would enjoy this more than me, sorry to be so harsh but that is truly what I felt after this Byblos Cafe visit.
Found this place while wandering around downtown Orange and had an amazing dinner! The lentil soup and wraps were fresh and full of flavor. (I tasted lemon and a fresh combination of spices..not overwhelming, but rather flavorful and delicious) Noting the wines and other offerings, we decided we'd like to go back on a date night, as there's great ambiance. It seems to be family owned and operated, and everyone is so nice. Our waitress was really helpful with recommendations and answering questions about the menu. A true hidden gem!
For dinner I went with the Kafta Kabob plate (with soup as a side); my husband went with the Chicken Kabob plate (with the house salad as his side). We had planned on sharing the kabobs so we could each taste the different kabobs. The food was fresh, flavorful and filling. I immediately fell in love with the lentil soup - the spices were strong, but not overpowering. I did prefer the kafta to the chicken, but both were flavorful and tender.
The owner is always so nice! We just love the Lebanese food they prepare.
Ordered food and was in a hurry. In 7 mins my delicious chicken kabab was done. The food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Very friendly people too

Rustic, cozy environment. The back patio is nicely done. I got the shawarma plate with chicken and beef. The salad and hummus were very good, but the meat was just hammered...way overcooked and dry. The wonderful tahini sauce helped with that, but the proteins were not treated properly.
Byblos is real, delicious, made with love food. Perfect for a feast, perfect for a quick bite or cup of tea/coffee and a pick me up. Beautiful inside and out, with the most wonderful people cooking and serving your meal.
The menu is fantastic, everything is super fresh, and you're not getting anything close to this good at a chain. Treat yourself, treat your date, treat your mom - the point is this place is a treat. Become a regular - it's a magical experience.

This restaurant is surely one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Anytime I visit this place I am highly happy. They always keep their very high standard service and the cooking has slipt in the quslity that i have expected from previous visits. You no doubt will love this restaurant but cooking has dropped in quality. Good food and highly recommended.
This place is worth giving a shot. They have large portions for convenient prices. Always well organized and with fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Cute relaxing little place with really delicious food. Ordered the spinach and feta cheese pita and it tasted great! It's not loud there so you get to enjoy the food and conversation with family or friends. Parking can be a bit tricky though but I totally think a little walk was worthy!

Owner of this cafe has been years and years in this business didn t figured out why getting slow and slow. Let me help you on this. Better than you spend thousand of thousand of dollars remodeled your place. invist in yourself and your crow first to be clean and throw all the old food out and cook fresh for your clients. Remind you here in orange count people not stupid as you think people in labanon. here people they can tell if your food fresh or old. And focus on your hands and stuffs to be clean. Sorry to say that I m seeing you changing the outside looks but didn t change the iside and inside more important than outside we don t want getting sick or rain our day just because you are greedy and nasty.

New look, traditional deliciousness! It's way too hard to find good falafel in the OC but Byblos is an exception. Perfect lentil soup, as well.
Nice little restaurant with terrace in front and behind near the Orange Circle. Delicious Lebanese cuisine. The "mediterranean combo" is my favorite dish. It's been 18 years that I regularly eat, and never disappointed. Owned by very friendly owners, the service is excellent.

Best fresh and healthy food at the Orange circle. The babganouche is to die for, the kabobs are delicious, etc.... I eat here once a month and it is always great.

Mediterranean in Old Towne Orange!
This has been in our bookmarks for a while and we decided to try it on a Fri evening when everything else in the Circle was packed. During the pandemic, they have their back outdoor patio open as well as some tables outside on the street. We first sat outside by the street but the people passing by were many and too close so they were able to move us to a table in the cute back patio which was cozy but tables were definitely not 6' apart.
Our server was super sweet and she let me change my initial order of Beef Kebab to Kefta which she recommended.
The Kebab plate came with a choice of lentil soup which was hearty but tasted ok, hummus sprinkled with a lot of paprika which I do not like, pita bread and rice pilaf. The Kefta was not as moist and flavorful as I expected. It was missing a bit of salt and the hummus was not as creamy as others I've had.
The husband who's not picky wasn't crazy about his shawarma either.
They were not bad but we have had better and for the price and atmosphere, we probably wouldn't go back.
