Good service, great barbecue, decent beer selection, nice lunch specials.

One of the best bbq places around. Ribs are outstanding, they also have a great Sunday brunch!

Overall, good experience! Pulled pork was decent, (bland but good). Brisket was very good. Chicken was also descent. Ribs however were WAY over cooked - a pile of mush! All the sides I had were good or very good EXCEPT the potato salad - truly awefull - avoid at any cost!! Would I go back - yes. Would I recommend you go - yes......BEWARE THE POTATO SALAD.

My complaint is not the food. I've had the pleasure of dining here twice with friends and the food is Outstanding and served in portions that will allow leftovers. My guests and I always order the Bbq Dinner Plate a wonderful combo of the best that you offer. But on this day I bragged to a new client about your place and so we ended there around 5:15 and was greeted politely and sat immediately. And that's where we remained for 22 minutes. No one even acknowledge us. Even as we tried to be patient with the waiting staff, no one tended our table as others were seated and served quickly. My client suggested we leave without complaint for she felt too embarrassed to speak on it or request a manager. I'm so dissatisfied with this evening dining.

Bbq chicken ribs & pulled pork very good omelette was good too but mac & cheese was bland & waffles just room temp, should be warmed

Family style restaurant with nothing too fancy but really good ribs!

Today Ben and RJ came to cook for our Firehall auxiliary chicken dinner today and we cannot say anything but good things about them! It was the best the chicken ever! They were the kindest individuals; we will be requesting them next time!! Keep these guys around!!

You walked in at 6:00 with 14 people, we were full and other customers were on a wait. You didn't want to and got rude about it. Agreed , what a joke

Food has gone downhill fast! They put all the sides in bowls n refrigerat them when u order they just place that small side bowl in the microwave n reheat it! Not satisfied at all! Use to b a favorite spot of mine but when u take the effort n care out of bbq u mine as well close ur doors! Wouldn t feed food to my dog!

This place has a lot of potential!
Foods ok.. Service is ok..
Ambiance needs a little more character.
Has the potential to be a WNY destination spot.
With that being said the deep fried cheesecake is excellent.

This place has the BEST BBQ'D RIBS....really everything BBQ'd....HANDS DOWN! They use their homemade marinade and cook over an open pit that is evident through that authentic smoky flavor. I usually get the sample platter that offers a portion of their BBQ'd chicken, ribs, brisket and pulled pork. They also offer a variety of homemade BBQ'd sauces from spicy to sweet. Large portions for an unbeatable price. A MUST try.

Love the food here. The staff is friendly and there is rarely much of a wait. If your looking for a new dinner spot give this a try. They have variety of bbq sauces right on the table.

Everything was excellent, great food and super service.

We brought our group of 14 to their establishment after a Bills game.
They allowed reservations and had our table ready to go after the game.

The food and server were good and no complaints. This is a good spot to wait for border times to subside.

Friday night dinner we got right in! Brisket, pork and ribs were great. We also enjoyed all our sides; sweet potato fries, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes, broccoli salad, and the bacon potato soup. Many menu options, will definitely be back! The chicken is on the vingary side, good but not what I care for.

The best BBQ food in Western New York, vying with Kentucky Gregg's for the title. Prices are reasonable. Seating and service are excellent.

Order BW's for the first time and ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Carolina BBQ sauce, Mac and Cheese. The food was very bland and not exciting. The star of the meal was the Corn Muffin. Sadly, BW's will be a one and done for me.

Several people sat down after us and were served before us.
25 minutes until someone noticed that we have not been served, said to send our server over.
Server showed positive attitude.
Another 20 minutes without seeing the rest of our appetizers.
One appizer was free as compensation.
Dinner came pretty quick.
Baked potato was hard.
Ribs were dry.
Check came pretty quick.

Edit: bumped up to a 3 because the waitress turned on the train for my 3 year old brother

This restaurant is a family establishment and has a great atmosphere. The food is great and the workers/owners treat you like family.

Note a lady wrote that they are racist. STOP! Get your facts straight before pointing fingers. Color isn t a factor here EVERY COLOR is accepted!

I don't like BBQ but everyone else in my party liked it. That being said there are plenty of options for those that don't like BBQ. The service was fast and very friendly. The prices were very cheap. There beer selection was what you would come to expect at most other restaurants. They have a full bar and also serve wine. The booths were large enough to accommodate a party of 6. The portions were large. I highly recommend the garlic mashed potatoes as a side.

The pulled pork was amazing! And the chicken logs were pretty good too! The mac n cheese on the other hand, had no flavor and was worse than easy mac.

Awesome service every time and the food is always delicious.

Yum, are the smoked assorted plate and iron was great. Will definitely be back to try a burger next time.

I got mozzarella sticks & a grilled cheese with fries. The mozzarella sticks weren't too bad but they were a bit greasy and had a little bit of pepper on them. The grilled cheese and fries were good though.

Service is always good, and the prices are not unreasonable. Yet I always leave this place feeling so underwhelmed. Go figure.

I usually love bw's but tonight was not a good experience. Got out of work haven't ate all day didn't feel like cooking anything so me and the kids went 2 minutes from the house to bw's we were seated right away but then sat for 20 minutes and still no drink order was taken well we watched the people that came in before us getting there drinks and food we decided to walk out and go someplace else. Guess we will just be ordering take out from them from now on.

Not good food at all the french onion soup was ok the ribs were not cooked thoroughly and even the ends that were done were not good!!! Chicken was dry and the macaroni couldn't beat boxed Kraft!!! The owner came over and said our ribs are the best I'm surprised you don't like them... Lol thanks for the apology I guess...

If you haven't been there for ribbs.... Shame on you.... Go for the love of God....

This is the place if you want the best fish fry around, and everything on the menu is delicious! Picking up takeout has never been an issue, and the staff are very friendly with great service.

Always yummy. Service was great. I think I have only had 2 bad experiences with takeout in the whole time they have been there.

The meat was delicious.
The "vegetable of the day" was horrible corn, seemingly heated in a microwave.
The dinner rolls were terrible tasting, store bought garbage.
The server provided very very poor service, even though I was her only table

We came here for Mother s Day brunch! It was wonderful! The food was excellent and our waitress was exceptional, friendly and so happy! She was the best! It was such a pleasure being there!

Brisket tasted more like a roast, bbq sauce was ok. Not bad, not great.

Even the rats come out of this place spitting.. Rather have a McRib.

Bw used to be great but my recent experience wasn't so much. The chicken was dry and nothing was as wow as it used to be. Not terrible, just not great.

The waitress mixed up every single order which was annoying but not horrible, we still got our food after a while.

But the most horrifying thing was when my husband ordered a stout beer and she brought an open bottle that clearly had been filled with Budweiser.

Gross.

I don't know if that's a house thing or if we just got unlucky on a bad waitress but we were kind of freaked out and won't be back.

Awesome BBQ. Very high quality food at reasonable prices.
