After the first lawn service, they didn't come for 2 weeks. Then finally came after I texted them the next week. I have cancelled the service, but they still came the next week. I cannot get a hold of any one to get them to stop. They have horrible customer service. Please do not use them. Scandalous company, when they make it impossible to cancel service.

Be aware of unautorize charges. Had been trying to cancel for 4 months and is imposible. They kept coming and charged my card for two months unautorize. They do not come weekly (even out of the winter time), their weeks run by 10 to 14 days. Left several messages to cancel the service, and they continued to come and charge me when nothing had been done. I still had to take my lawn mower and trimmer to finish the work. No refund had been process.
It took about 2 weeks to get started but we've been pretty happy so far. The also painted my neighbors home. The job was absolutely stunning! We are scheduled for next month.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who signed up for lawn care services through an HOA deal at Richwood Estates in Orlando. Sign up was easy and the first couple times they came out, the work was satisfactory, however, during one of those visits it appeared that the maintenance person ran over a sprinkler. I say appeared because there were no traces of any parts or pieces of the sprinkler, it was just gone. He reached out to the company several times with no response and just ended up replacing the sprinkler himself. He received a text on 5/17 advising that the lawn would be serviced that day but no one showed up as of 5/18 as I write this review. He'll be canceling service.
We want to say we love the new portal features that we see being adding almost weekly! This gives us more control of our lawn care and other services. We understand that BW is "technically" a software company so we feel the better the software, the better experience. Keep up the great work with the consant enhancements.
We originally started with only the maid service as they do a tremendous job!! I doubt they will ever get a complaint as they are really really good. The lawn care is not as good as the maid service but I do feel as though it is better than most. Great job BW!
I don't know where to begin. If you are looking for an easy way to get started, signing up is easy. If you want to cancel, good luck. We transferred our service from Avalon to Lee Vista, easy enough. There was a time when we were told our grass was cut, but I was home and the guy never got out of his truck. I made a complaint and Solomon, who I assume is an owner or manager, contacted me right away and it was resolved.
When we moved back to Avalon from Lee Vista just recently, I contacted them via the internet and informed them we were no longer in need of services. I continued to receive messages that our lawn was being serviced at our previous address. I found an old message from Solomon and told him we had moved, I had also sent another message to them, via the website or my email (can't remember which). That was ignored, and we again were told our lawn was serviced. I called and called, but am redirected to some chat waiting line. When engaged in a chat, you message but no one gets back to you. And now, we were charged AGAIN and these guys had the nerve to add a tip and charge us $61. We moved on 10/30, it is now December. No response, now I have to cancel my debit card just to get these guys out of my pocket.
This company has no quick link or FAQ to cancel your service. And they have withdrawn money I needed for something else. Disgusted does not begin to describe how I feel. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Things started a little shaky at first but I can certainly say they stepped it up after voicing my complaints. The new portal features are also a big help as well as it allows for easier communication. We are happy but will continue to keep everyone informed.
We signed up for lawn mower service 4/21. We received an automated response saying we would hear from somebody to tell us when they would be out. It is now 5/7...NO SERVICE! You can imagine how overgrown our yard is. The website appears to have live chat. Nope, just an automated response. No way to contact a person. Other reviews state you can't cancel service. I certainly can see why. This is a terrible company. I'm now reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
A one stop location was not what I was expecting but my wife and I love it! The HOA will certainly be hearing from us regarding the recommendation. Probably the first time the HOA has done something good for a change.
