Today I had an awesome haircut at Butterfly pond by Ms Aiswarya Jaiswal. Special thanks to her. Beautifully done. Girls come in large numbers here. I had a great experience . Very bad experience I had...please don't go there if you think experts are going to polish ...no experts...ordinary staff people eating your money.....
I don't want to give one star even...after reading reviews ,I went there...but such a pathetic team of experts they have...better go to ordinary parlour and save your money...nothing better here.

I have been to this parlor so many times, and i love being here. I have done smoothening(Keratene) a couple of days back from Rajani Chauhan the stylist and i loved it. I had also colored my hair years back and they still look lovely. The staff is professional. Will recommend it to everyone.

The butterfly owner refused to collect payment by cash today citing GST taxes and asked me to pay in cash. This is evasion of tax. I would like to report this to the income tax department. Pls do not encourage this practice as customers for the greater good of the nation.

I have thin hair. Lakme colaba totally ruined it for me... the cut they gave made it look even thinner.. came to butterfly pond with my fingers crossed. N they took care of it really well. Made me fall in love wd my hair again.
