I worked there as in people they where very friendly to me. But as in the job loads where ALL extremely heavy ,you would have to sit in truck stops after pic up for hours sometimes moving fith wheel and tandoms to find out you are still not legal then have to go back to shipper get re worked then start all over again. It was just tiring and stressful for me that's why I quit . I understand there are light and heavy loads but EVRYONE was heavy 44k in a refer puts you in a bad spot if your trying to run hard. But people where extremely nice to me there that's why I gave 2 .
Update:Sat for 48 hours a total lost of 500.00+. Since they do not pay lay over or detention it s money lost by me the driver not the company. They do not look out for u

Listen.. u will not make money working here. There are days u will be sitting 8plus hours waiting to be loaded/unloaded. You will not be paid layover or detention pay meaning that s just time lost and it also effects your 14 hours and cuts into your 11 hours of drive. They tell you that you will make 1200 per week. This is a lie. U will average 700.00 if your lucky. This is due to them not paying for the time you sit and lack of proper planning. This is only a good idea for someone who is just out of school however I d recommend just working in town w a vendor then going somewhere where u can make money for everything you do.
Butler is a great company to work for. If you are serious about driving a truck to make a living then Butler is the place for you. If you are looking for a part-time job or wanting to put in a part-time effort then this is definitely not the place for you to work.
I worked here for a bit but moved somewhere out of there range of operation. Good company and will run you as much as you are willing to run.
They are good folks. They will run you if you are wanting to work. Equipment is nice. I've not been disrespected once since I've been here

They make you deliver with leaking brake chambers. Putting the driver at risk of their life. Never get you to Phoenix. Good luck
I worked here for 3 years after having my CDL for over 20 years. While life on the road is never fun, I really enjoyed working here. I left for family issues, but I absolutely miss it here. Literally everyone I came in contact with was great. I miss y'all so very much. I mean that. When I can come back, I will.
