The coffee machine we have is constantly broken, but worse is the service when it is broken. Mine has been down for 2 weeks and they cannot fix it.... As I stated to them, time to look for another vendor

This company is so unprofessional.They say they complete work and bill you but work isn't complete.They make expensive repairs knowing that the repairs are not going to solve the problem. Stay away from this company. They are crooks.
Butensky Services is the best! They are professional and quick to respond when you call. My freezer broke and they showed up that afternoon to assess the problem. They went above and beyond to get me back up and running and made sure I didn't lose any product. The owner Bryan was extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Butensky Services for any refrigeration or HVAC issues. Thanks for the great service!
Would give zero stars if I could. This company apparently likes hiring its employees under false pretenses!!!! You'll get hired on with a promise of 60+ hours every week.Not only did they put us into pre-foreclosure once but TWICE!!!! I've had to put a family heirloom into hock twice!!! They have things that need to be done but they don't give the work to their employees!!!!! Awful company to work for But if you like not knowing if you'll have money to pay your mortgage or have food that month then this is the company for you!
This place is horrendous. I was hired on only to be let go after two weeks and not because of my work ethic either. Only because they are moving one of the customer service reps into my position. And the owner Brian Butensky didn't even have the heart to tell me to my face that i was being let go. He sent one of the workers to let me go! Unreal. The owner is complete jerk and unprofessional attitude. Like they didn't know before they hired me that they wanted to do this. I feel like i got completely screwed over.
