For several months our team was experiencing issues with our wireless infrastructure that was causing ongoing disturbances to our work day. Thankfully, we contacted BIG to come in and save the day. Throughout the whole process they were so attentive to detail and truly cared about the best outcome for our business. They were insightful and educated us on why they were making the suggestions they did. Needless to say, they came in and did a fantastic job! We are fully functioning and haven't seen any disruptions since their set up. Thank you, Joe, and everyone at BIG who helped with this project!!

Our office was in crisis when it came to our Wifi network and the team at BIG came out and offered us a solution that was thousands of dollars less than any other company we got quotes from. We have has the new network in place for more than a year now and we have never had an issue since. I highly recommend them for all of your IT and wireless needs.
We were very disappointed. Initially all went well as they are very easy to work with and accommodating while selling you and getting their equipment installed and systems set up, but unfortunately it's the follow up that becomes very frustrating and expensive. Even though they are only approximately 10 miles away they will charge you a hefty "travel charge" just to come service THEIR equipment that they sold you and installed, even though they have already made a nice profit on all the equipment sales not too mention their hourly rate. We had to eventually sit down with our salesperson and their regional director and negotiate certain charges for "travel fees" that were billed twice for the same trip, so be aware of that tactic as well if you use this company. Soon after that our salesperson developed an attitude over the phone when we had to speak. Whether or not the change in service was related to us being diligent with our bills I can't say, although it did seem a bit coincidental. Some time after the initial install we had another service technician from another company come in for equipment which had to go through BIG's installed equipment to access the internet and brought our attention to the "I.T. mess" that our I.T. company left. All the equipment and cables are in a huge "nest" like pile sitting on top of kitchen cabinets in our employee break area. It looks awful and is very frustrating to anyone else who has to work with it because their is no rime or reason to it. There is one rack system for the phone lines I believe, and everything else is just laying about. Needles to say when we expand probably sometime this year or next, we will be finding another I.T. company.
Their service is certainly better than my apartment complex s last provider. However, they throttle speeds. 20 Mb down and up is laughable in a building with fiber optic connections to gigabit capable Comcast Business. Please stop throttling The Varsity!
Worst internet ever. Everyone in my apartment complex agrees. This is a constant, on going issue that needs to be resolve. "BIG" Wireless needs to live up to it's name.
I have done contract work in York for over 10 years. I used to work along side some of BIGs techs and they were great many years ago. Now they are all gone and current techs seem to create the most difficult work environment so companies can not live without a constant support agreement. It appears BIG has gone the way of HIG, 2K and Quality where they have a dozen managers and 3 underpaid techs doing all the work.
BIG has been a great company to work with for all our computer needs. From the beginning with the sales people to the end with implementation, the process flowed smoothly. The NOC desk support has been great.
