Worst Insurance Company in the World, as well as their dishonest Contractors that they make excuses for. I sent evidence of the damage that happened in my bathroom. Photos, letters and estimates and their Rep. Armando Munoz denied my Claim. Very unprofessional and didn't thoroughly go through the documents. In fact, he asked The California State Licensing Board to forward their findings to them which is not proper protocol because he was too lazy to do his job. Contractor had in writing that he did break the frame of my tub but lied saying that he didn't. Karma will come back and get them both!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for 1 week. I filed a claim against their client and they refuse to answer their phone or emails. The following employees: Robert Kingsley, John Shen and Richard Mo are extremely unprofessional and should not have a job in this industry. I am now forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and continue to call and email them in hopes that they get back to me.

If your contractor is bonded/insured by this company, find another contractor. Unresponsive to even basic communications,Willie Zhang and Richard Mo are unresponsive and , in my opinion, are bad- faith players.

Don't answer phones, emails or written correspondence in a timely manner... do not display the characteristics of a reputable company as far as business practices are concerned.

Your contractor's bond is only as good as the bond insurance company...so look for contractors with reputable insurance/bond companies/

Filed a claim against an HVAC job that was never finished and not working as it should with this bond company. It has been almost a year and no action. They don't respond or call back and when they do they tell me job is finished since contractor said it was. They don't protect the consumer at all. Waste of my time and still out $24,000 for a job never finished.

After receiving a cold shoulder from this insurance company we were provided with a path to resolution. Business Alliance said that in order to receive any action from them we would need to receive a judgement from the CSLB on the matter. The story is that we had a flooring subcontractor loose a check and beg us for a replacement check. We did so oblige and provided a stop payment notice to the bank. The Sub found the check at some point and cashed it 3 years after cashing a replacement check. (did you know that stop payments are only good for 6months and that in order to protect yourself you have to close an account or refile the stop payment every 6 months in perpetuity??) When we received the judgement from the CSLB for the scumbag flooring sub that stole $8000 from us we submitted the information to BAIC and received a release to sign and a check for $7500 of the $8000 that was stolen within 30 days.
The missing star is because the communication was lacking until the very end. Willie Zhang sent a brief and professional note.
This insurance company treated us fairly and we were very satisfied with their participation in the outcome.
