Recently was in an accident with my new car. When I informed this agency of my new car purchase, they failed to transfer my full coverage policy to my new car. My car insurance was almost hesitant to cover the damage of my car because of Buschbach's incompetence. My advice? Get your own insurance.

Unfortunately after 15 years of being a customer, the customer service has just slipped and hit an all time low. Karla waits for Cindy to answer all questions and Cindy claims she ll call you back and never does. I ve had payments not processed Bc of someone s error and when you call to resolve, everyone is on their lunch break. I ve decided to venture out and get my own plan where technology is most up to date and professionalism is key. I was going to give one star but the prior 11 years were better. I can t throw that all away.
Funny how this place is like family. I do appreciate whichever agent's time patience a knowledge. I would recommend Buchbach to anyone who I care for when asked.
Never buy from them, they will hook you up with scammers like American Freedom Insurance. There is management will not even come on phone or call back... Heather just messages that the claim will move today but then today never comes..Dont buy with them or you will end up in hot mess and I am filing law suit against them.
Eventhough their name is still used - Buschbach's sold to a large corporation about two years ago and they no longer own the insurance agency.

This insurance company is absolutely the go to place for all types of insurance..I once was in a position where you was absolutely low on money so I chose to finance my insurance thru Buschbach I paid a small down payment and very low monthly instalment...this opportunity had me insured and protected in a mater of minutes and I had 30 days that come up with my next payment.. since the agent I had gave me choices of insurance companies that provide the coverage, I chose a medium priced policy so that I would have coverage that was not just minimum....I got the peace of mind knowing my family and friends who were riding with me were covered medically.. I cannot thank them enough food r the guidance and care that agent took ..thanks Buschbach
This has become my favorite auto insurance. They have a very good staff. It is very easy to renew on the monthy basis.
Worst customer service. They never call you back and they put you with bad companies. Cindy is the worst customer service she is so rude and I never got a call back from her.
