My mother-in-law decided to visit Burwoods after reading customers 5 star ratings on this website.
We believe my mother was unknowingly sold the oven from their display section even though this was denied with made up lies by the salesman.
The Hotpoint oven we ordered was gone from their showroom, the oven was delivered to my mums unboxed.
They have taken advantage of a vulnerable senior citizen.

What a fantastic company this is. We have used them over the years we have lived in Bridport. Yesterday I rang them at 9am to explain our built in oven had finally died and we wanted a new oven. 25 hours later I have a new cooker fitted and you would not know anyone had been, no mess, no fuss. Amazing in the current lockdown situation.

The washing machine dies on Friday 13th November. A phone call to Burwoods later that morning, because of lockdown restrictions the shop is closed to the public, following very helpful advice from the person on the phone a purchase is made. By 1.30pm on Saturday 14th two very affable young men have installed my new washing machine. Looks like there will be clean pants next week after all. Burwoods have NEVER failed me. Thanks people.
