A person came to spray 2 of our homes. I specifically told him I had a problem with crickets, he said he would make sure to take care of it. In the 3 weeks I still had them as bad. I called and the gal said I was out of the warranty period. I plead with her that I didn't know how long it should take for the spray to have worked so I gave it time and 3 weeks was pretty long. She said she would call a Manager and get back to me and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. #dissapointed!

Our tech Josh did an awesome job and answered all of my questions. Will choose Burns again and again.

Service: Cockroaches

I have a termite contract with this company...this would be the 3rd time in less than a year they would have to come out to treat the same area for termires...and it not only did I have to wait over a month twice they called and canceled both times because the tech had an emergency and they would have to reschedule...this time I had an appr for Sept 8th..they called to cancel and want to reschedule me for Oct 23rd. In the mean time the damage to my inside wall is growing.

Service: Inspection

Burns Pest Control comes monthly and is now doing rodent control. I have roof rats and they can do so much damage by eating wires.

Out of all the pest control company's here in Flagstaff... hands down I think Burns always gets the job done. Great prices, and wonderful outstanding service! I especially think that Brad has superb customer service and is very knowledgeable about this industry! Thanks Brad for all your hard work!

Had a roof rat problem that other companies couldn t fix, only Burns was able to completely eliminate the problem. It s been over 6 months and haven t had any rats return. I am so relieved and grateful to be able to sleep well at night, thanks for burns!!!

Sal is our technician for our business and he is amazing. He is very detailed and efficient everyday and is always on top of what needs to be done that day as well as next services. He makes sure he stops and speaks to us about anything that needs to be done and gives us his opinion of any treatment suggestions and basically he is not here to just "collect a paycheck." We are very appreciative of the service that Burns provides us and our business and having Sal as our technician.

I personally have always been a huge fan of Burns Pest. I have used other companies, and they just don't compare when it comes down to extended services Burns offer to treat any issue. Our Tech, Sal is very pleasant and we look forward to seeing him each week at our community. At the office, Kristin Ulatowski has always went above and beyond to make sure my property is pest free. Huge Kudos to these 2 employees taking it one step further and going above and beyond.

Amazing customer service. I have reached out on many different occasions ( stipulations for a VA loan) and each time I received prompt and curious service. Its not common anymore we live in a world where everyone is overwhelmed and understaffed. Tonya and Mason have both been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I sincerely thank them both!
