This is one of the best dealerships we have dealt the customer service was excellent, the product specialist are not pushy but just friendly, flexible and allow you to make the decisions that best suit what you are looking for, we purchased a used car and it was clean, in great condition and affordable.
the product specialist John Braithwaite went above and beyond we drove from out of the town with a rental car and he picked us at car rental offices to dealership to obtain our car, we were soo satisfied with dealership that we will be revisiting for future purchases as well as referring family and fiends. if you are looking for excellent service, ask for John he is so helpful and professional we were impressed with his service. The new 2022 Tuscon Preferred Trend that I just leased is a really great vehicle! It is the second vehicle from Burlington Hyundai that I've had (first being a 2019 Santa Fe). Also a really good SUV! The entire staff (sales & service) is top notch at the dealership, really customer-focussed. A special shout out to Lori Connolly in sales for her hard work and diligence in making sure that all the details up to delivery were taken care of smoothly & professionally. I had an incredible experience with leasing my car through Burlington Hyundai, right from booking the test drive online through to picking up my new car. Lori Connolly is knowledgeable, thorough, considerate, and was always available when I had questions. They found the obscure colour combination I wanted (and I'd searched online and found none in nearby inventories), and got it in quickly for me. When I emailed Lori and told her I needed to return my previous (non-Hyundai) vehicle the next day, she got the ball rolling and had my new vehicle plated and detailed and ready to go the next morning. I highly recommend Burlington Hyundai, and Lori Connolly in particular to anyone looking for a vehicle!

She answered all of my questions and I was able to understand what she was saying. She also made appointments with me to show me all the workings of my car. She was very patient with me, warm and very friendly. She was with me every step of the way to the eventual purchase of my car and since.

Burlington Hyundai completely redeemed themselves after some back and fourth. Brandon (Sales Manager) went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We now have what we need for safe towing with no worries on our warranty. To top it off, I received a big beautiful bouquet of flowers from their team.

Great experience the night we were in and purchased our Palisade. Went down hill after they received our money.
Had a tow package added. Hyundai says it s wired for a seven pin but we received a four pin.
No one seems to know anything the seven pin harness.
Called service. They put us through to parts. Parts said maybe call Hyundai Canada. Hyundai Canada says call your dealer.

I now have a trailer with brake assist wired for seven pin we can t accommodate.
Wish I could return the vehicle
Spent so much money and didn t get what it thought we were getting.

AND had a remote start added and after 10 minutes it s shuts off and lets out the loudest, longest honk you ve ever heard. Scared the SH$T out of anyone walking by. Feel bad even using it in the morning before work as it s completely awful and annoying and don t want to bother our neighbors.
So bummed about this purchase
