Great place. Appointment was for 1pm. Showed up at 8am and was loaded up and down the road within an hour and a half. I'd definitely be back again. People were polite and respectful.

The new addition and new parking surfaces were long overdue to the facility. The shipping department is courteous and helpful. I have spent anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours getting loaded. Depends on how much you are picking up and if you arrive during lunch break.

4 hrs to load.not many cold storages respecting driver's time

God bless them delivered here on Saturday broker laid as they usually do supposedly appointment was for 8 AM not even scheduled at all
They unloaded and my trailer in 30 min

Iam truck driver delivering 4 pallets I can unload myself got this load off the load board loaded in morning and I called 6 hours before I arrived and set up a unload time with day shift get here at 5:30 just 30 minutes before my unload time and night shift has no idea about me bringing 4 pallets they tell me that they might get to me by 10 o clock this place has no communication and plus the truck route in this town of Nevada is horrible if I come in from the north you can't make the turn to go south by the tracks because there is a 16 inch curb there to mess up your bumper and steer tire so I would recommend not coming here ever

Tha is very nice place they take me right away . In no matter time very nice personal. Even u can overnight parking no problem
