Burj Al Arab, Sky View Bar Review

A very interesting and unique device, which reminds me a little of StarTrek. The selection of drinks is good, the service itself very good.

Unreal views. Courteous staff. Refreshing drinks. Oppulence all around. A once in a lifetime experience that is worth the hype.

Pisse fat must be tested. However, cost 6000 dkk, for lunch, but never forget it

So cute. We went to eat a bite with a few drinks to be our anniversary they gave us a pancake, a flower and champagne to toast. Very attentive

Visited several times the skyview bar. Had my birthday there also.
Champagne coctails are awesome and fantastic little tapas is recommended. The views are beautiful and the sunsets very romantic .

Went for cocktails in the evening. Great location and view. Friendly attentive service. Not cheap but better value than Burj Khalifa IMO. Would visit again.

Fantastic for a special occasion, we went for a birthday and anniversary. The service was impeccable( Thank you Marty). Afternoon tea at 4 gave us the time to enjoy our meal plus watch the sunset. I booked well ahead and asked for a window table overlooking Dubai downtown and Burj Khalifa.
The view was stunning and highly recommend.

We visited the Sky view Bar earlier in February with a booking made via our hotel. We had a minimum spend required but this is not an issue after a few drinks! Firstly, the approach and lobby of hotel are visually incredible. We made our way to the bottom of the main elevators before waiting for our lift. We were met by a member of staff at the Sky view bar level and taken to our seat, which although not at the window (waiting list) we could still see the lights of Dubai. Drinks were expensive, especially the specialty cocktails. We had snacks and ordered some fries while we had a few cocktails including the recommended Burj Royal. The staff were friendly and helpful and could not do enough. The choice of sandwiches and pastries was plenty and tasted amazing.The lack of space and seats in this area was inadequate and the timings should be staggered if everyone cannot be accommodated at the allocated time. SkyView Bar was perfect to make our palindrome date night memorable. Amazing View , Amazing Service.
Although not having a window seat, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it as an experience and a glimmer of an amazing hotel and skyline.

An Erdinger wheat beer costs, for example, 26 euros there, although it is poured and served very professionally. You don't treat yourself to anything else

A great look. A great atmosphere. As a visitor but a little less relaxed enjoyment than as a hotel guest.

Afternoon Tea is the best option at the Skyview Bar. The service is optimal. The view is beautiful. The food is exquisite. If you are vegetarian you can get the vegetarian tea option which is great !

A must do experience when in Dubai. So much to see inside then up the top an amazing view and beautiful food.

Expensive, not worth it as nothing is special with their wine list. However, it's nice to be in Burj Al Arab.

Must have been experienced once. The view alone is worth drinking here. Disadvantage there is a prescribed amount of consumption which is probably necessary because otherwise there would be tourist traffic. Very pleasant atmosphere and, as mentioned, the view was simply amazing.

A big disappointment. In addition to the minimum consumption required to get a reservation, the staff was very rude. We asked for a window seat. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time until one was free. That would still have gone, as we were told that it could take a little longer but when a waiter us "Anfauchte" and said we should stay where we are, since we had ordered only a drink, he gave the window seat other couple. I specifically asked for a window seat at the reservation because it was my wife's birthday. A flower was on the table but not at the table we wanted.

Shame there's only 5 stars to review this as its a seven star hotel with such opulance its incredible. If your visiting Dubai its a must...

As you might see on the pictures, this doesn't look much like a 7 stars hotel's bar. It's hugely overrated for a minimum spent of 350 dirhams per person. The desert was awful, cocktails were ok but definitely not worth the price. This being said there 's a bar at the hotel, called Gold7, the decor is amazing, it feels luxury & it plays great music.

I recommend Skyview Bar to everyone who wants to enjoy the panorama of Jumeirah Beach with a drink. Skyview Bar offers the best selection of rare spirits and wines. It is known for its fantastic views of Dubai and Jumeirah Beach
It should be remembered, however, that children's stay in the Skyview Bar is taboo due to the alcohol served there!

In order to get to the Burj al Arab, you have to show a valid reservation when entering the hotel premises. This first gives you access to the impressive lobby.
An exclusive express elevator takes you to the bar on the 27th floor.
The cocktails are very tasty, the price is between AED 80 and AED 4,994, but the majority is between AED 120 and AED 160.
There is only one snack tower for dinner, the composition of which can be selected individually. The price of the snack at 195 AED is not entirely without, but especially in connection with the incomparable view, worth every penny.

Location and service are great. Food and price rather less.

An amazing experience! I recommend it for everyone to come! We came to celebrate a birthday and our server Marky took care of us! A seven course meal with 10+ teas to try. They made it a very special moment. The view is spectacular!
My only complaint is that communication was a little hard to get in touch. Email was not quick in response/replies and I called the restaurant twice before coming and no one answered.

I loved it, from the onset the decor does seem s little dated, but otherwise comfortable. Customer service from beginning to end was impeccable. Maybe the best customer service I have ever received! Like in life:) our appointment was on time, we were escorted to our table with a view, good ambience, a little quiet, great descriptions of the dishes ( which were lovely) at the end we took pictures managed to see the views as daytime turned to night. A great excuse to visit the Burj Al Arab!

Around 100 shops and over 20 restaurants and cafes, the Souk Al Bahar delights with its first class Arabian architecture and design. It is located in the heart of Old Town Island, an island almost completely surrounded by water. Old Town Island is a quaint part of the Old Town, just below Burj Khalifa. Most restaurants in the Souk Al Bahar point to the seafront. The spacious outdoor terraces of the restaurants invite you to linger and reward with a great view of the Dubai Lake and the daily held there water games.

In the shops, art objects, carpets, Arabian clothing, furniture, pictures, dates, gold, jewelry, Arabian perfume, souvenirs and much more are offered. A supermarket and a bank are also integrated into the magnificent oriental and winding streets of the market. Souk Al Bahar stretches over 2 levels. At the bottom there are two significant exits. An exit leads directly over a bridge to the Dubai Mall, another exit directly to the panorama side of Burj Lake. The upper part has a kind of outdoor courtyard, ornately decorated with the element of water. In the evening, the scenery is impressively illuminated.

A kitschy but iconic place to sip your cocktails in style far from the Earth surface. A bit high-tech, a bit sy-fy, a bit of a fishball flying in the skys, Skyview bar is still a place to add some glam to a romantic date or friends gathering.

But food are not what we expect from location like this.

The aperitif is varied and abundant and you are on the 27th floor of the Burj Al Arab hotel, with a breathtaking view of the Dubai coast. Even the toilet deserves a note of merit, it is a suite with armchairs and perfumes! Beautiful!

When visiting Dubai, you should visit this place as well. Beautiful building and a great view from the bar in the top. Very friendly staff that makes spectacular cocktails. Pricey but definitely worth it. Make sure you make a reservation for the bar otherwise you cannot enter the Burj al Arab.

Local inside the Burj Al Arab, from which you can observe the city and the Palma. It can only be visited with a reservation to be made from their website. It foresees a minimum spending threshold sufficient however for a meal and a drink. An email is issued with the reservation number to be displayed at the entrance where a block is located and the indications for the "dress code".
