Best bacon I have ever tasted!
Burgers or nothing!

Burgers Smokehouse products are great, but I most likely will not order again!
Burgers' ships through UPS, and quite frankly they fall way below my expectations!
As I write this review, still waiting for my order, check delivery status, and it continues to be delayed!
Wish I lived in California, MO I'd shop there, great meats, but awful delivery service for out of state!

I've purchased from Burgers' for years. The food is top notch, extremely delicious. Never had a bad experience from this company. Just had the smoked pheasant this evening, I would challenge anyone to top it.

My mail order arrived completely thawed out and moldy. I contacted them and they are the rudest customer service ever and refuse to refund me. Avoid them at all costs.

Tried them for the first time to order 2 hams and 2 Prime Ribs for a Christmas Party, Paid for 2 day shipping got it 5 days later after the Party, I don't think it was their fault for the delay in delivery I give that to blame to UPS. Spoke with their Customer Service regarding the late delivery and the fact the Prime Rib packaging had a hole in it see pics below, I asked for my shipping cost to be refunded and as of this post still have not received it. This will be the LAST order from them and would suggest people to look around before ordering from this Company.

This is a great place that puts out a great product from snake sticks in several flavors to hams and smoked turkeys they have it. Thier bacon most excellent. I highly reccomend them.
We had an attic aged ham worth every penny it was spiral cut and so good...

Just like another reviewer they sent me food that was not frozen at all and moldy.

And just like the other reviewer they are refusing to refund me and are ignoring my messages.

How a company can get away with this is disgraceful. I have contacted the BBB to file a complaint against them.

I just pray that people can read the reviews on them before wasting your hard earned money on rotten food.

Best turkey I have ever had. Moist and Smokey but not over smoked. Ham was also excellent, a little dry but tasted wonderful. I will buy these again and quite possibly not just on special occasions. Packaging was great and arrived when it was supposed to.

I ordered a meal for Christmas weeks before hand so I could enjoy it with my wife!
I called several days prior to Christmas & was told that it was in back order & they couldn't send it but yet they took my order.
So they assure me they would send it & it would arrive Christmas Eve.
Well I called back & they then tell me it never made it off the loading dock!
SORRY.
So I wrote an honest opinion of my experience & 3 months later they call & say we will send your order Now.
I waited a week & called them back & they say they shipped it again.
This time I ask when, so they were to get back to me & never did, I call today to see if it will arrive for Easter & the person tells me they have a confirmation from their shipper that the order was "Accepted" by ME!
I Never Signed Anything Not Do I Have Time For This Very Poor Experience In My Life!
All They Want To Do Is email People,
No Attention To Detail, No Consideration As To My Christian Holiday Meals!
I'm At The Point Where I Wonder If This Is Out Of Spite & My Personal Religious Beliefs!
Another Holiday Ruined By This Company!
