I was kept on hold for 15 minutes, then was told that my order couldn t be taken from the register when I placed an order there before, and paid? I have had bad customer service before due to new people working there. But to refuse to take my order. after waiting on the phone, and then tell me that you didn t want to take my order from where I was says it all . Not only was I refused service, as a regular paying customer to a in experienced server. But I was refused because of my race. Owner please take note. Is this how you want your staff members to treat paying customers.?

Staff was nice, Location was clean. Bathroom was clean and had a changing table - plus a sit for a child to sit while they wait for the parent. Music was too low - i could hear every conversation in that restaurant. Food was good -could be better. Shake was tasty, not overly sweet. Abit overpriced but understandable considering the area. They accept Cash, Card and virtual payments like Google/Apple/Samsung Pay Overall i would come back and would recommend.

Burger 21 is a 1950's burger/ milkshake bar with a modern twist chain that span over Georgia and Florida area. This was my first visit to this particular restaurant or chain so I was excited to see what the service and food was like. The reviews caught my eye when I did a Google search for gluten free restaurants in the area so I had to try. The dedicated frier for gluten free french fries is always a treat when traveling the country. When I first walked into the front door I looked to the right to see be a man on the restroom door and be a woman on the ladies restroom door. I knew this would be a different experience. When you first come in headed straight to the counter to order they bring your food out to you and remember who you are too. Unfortunately, even though they have a gluten free bun if you don't eat beef the only option is the impossible burger everything else has breading on it in chicken and black bean burger. So I ordered the impossible burger on gluten free bun with a egg and avocado on top. Then french fries with a banana frothy milkshake that tasted like a banana split. I highly recommend it. They even use the old fashioned milkshake machines. You will see B Shaken above the milkshake bar and stools. It is a nice touch having the fake grass table pieces but you would think it would be a good extra grass shot for the shake. Overall I enjoyed this burger /milkshake shop. The price is on the higher side but worth it for the environment and food. Tell them I sent you and follow me as I travel the country.

Everything was great. Cashier that took my order was friendly and offered suggestions. The burger I ordered was awesome(Memphis BBQ). Glad it wasn t slopped together like most places. Sweet potato fries were thin and crispy. I really liked all the dipping sauces they offer. Something for anyone s taste. Would go back again when in town.

The customer service was great and the burger was delicious. My family and I asked for well done burgers. The problem we had was the size of the burger. Too small for the price. The fries are shoe string type fries. We bought the shareable fries and that size look like a medium than a large. We ate at Fry Guys and their single size fries is worth the money. Also Burgerfi single fries is worth the money. Maybe because their fries at the restaurant mentioned are potato skin fries, which is quality and fulfilling. Our first and last time eating at this restaurant.

Love this place! My daughter and I came here in May 2020, but this time it was me and my honey. Still great with great customer service. I had the Thai Shrimp burger- if you don't like hot, don't get it. So good! My honey had the Tex Mex - really good. The Strawberry shortcake milkshake? Get it. Really good alternative to the boring burger.

Beyond irritated with this place. Their quality has dramatically decreased yet their prices have increased. Did I come during a time where y all didn t feel like making me fresh fries so I got old chewy cold ones? That I paid 7 dollars for!!! Will definitely never be back. Not worth it.
