Today at 11:00 a.m. I was physically attacked by waiting in line for a sack lunch. Of course, Pedro (the supervisor) wouldn't do a thing about this. I was doing laundry and my clothes were left behind. Now I am suing this place for $500.00 in clothing because Pedro refused to let me get my clothing. On top of that, my bag was stolen by a homeless man and it has my credit cards plus my identification in it. I have got to replace everything. Of course the Burbank Police department will not do a thing over this either. I also have filed a complaint with the health department this place has been given the homeless expired food from the Trader Joe's. The Trader Joe's has been notified. On top of this, I have been charged for items that I have supposed to have received for free. Now I am reporting that as well. Something needs to be done about this place plus the physically violent homeless people.

This place does amazing things for the homeless and people who are struggling. They work tirelessly and get donations and are probably the best volunteer or paid staff I have ever met in any business. These people do so much on such a little budget. If you can donate a week of sandwiches or food or money to this place you really do make a difference. So many people are homeless or jobless or at the end of their rope for whatever reason and it could happen to you, me , a family member or a friend at any moment and these people provide a little dignity, healthy food to families, clothing, tokens for the bus, showers and so much more... You should give what you can, volunteer if you can, help them make a difference. Trader Joe's, and Costco have been donating, if you have an in with a major chain get them to contact this place or if you have a restaurant or know an owner of a restaurant or anything that could donate food or money.. this is one fantastic place to help out. Look around you. so many of our people are sleeping in the streets, in their cars, in doorways... Maybe you've been blind to it for too long.... These are people just like you and I.... And they are of our people. It could be you someday so while you have either the time or the money help this place do even more amazing things For those in need.

This place is a blessing and they are very generous. The donations are really used for a great cause and unlike other charities, you will actually see where your donations are going because it's always full of people that need help. The staff are volunteers and they are loyal to helping the community

Excellent place to obtain groceries, Monday through Friday brown-paper-bag sack lunches (contains: sandwich, snack, and drink); showers (reservations required); and very helpful in providing information with documents for additional support for free medical, mental, dental, and shelter services.

Awesome service from all of the staff members except one who has an attitude, but it makes up with the amazing volunteers the organization has ....the volunteers and the staff need recognition because they put up with some people that do not deserve service from anyone. I am very pleased with the services I receive and appreciate all of them....thank you for such a great team

There's a couple lady's there that go above and beyond to help. They actually care. My hat is off to them. The place is great. They take donations & pass them on to the growing homeless. Who can go there to take a shower & get something to eat.

This organization is a complete GodSend they help provide resources to so many people often forgotten and overlooked... i am speaking on the many homeless and working poor.... BTAC has a bathroom for those who need to use it and they offer laundry services, they also have a food pantry where those in need can receive groceries and once a month toiletries.... If ever you are down on your luck(as it can happen in the blink of an eye to most) do not hesitate to go in and take advantage of their services.
