Bungalowpark Hoenderloo Review

For the purpose for which we had rented it (4-day Apeldoorn)
with 2 people & 2 dogs it did the job
Booked via last minute and therefore friendly price.
As a holiday bungalow and at high season prices it is dated and on the small side.
Nice environment and friendly staff.
As a dog-friendly park, we did miss a dog walk in the park. Now you had to leave the park early in the morning to walk your dogs.

Nice holiday park in the Veluwe. Houses are fine and you can play tennis, mini golf and pool.

Pleasant bungalow park with fun activities for children and rest for the old ones

Nice park good staff good activities on and around the park. Cottages for 4 people are funny. For 6 its super. And for 8+ you can only say wow. Everything is well cleaned and is not too expensive for a week.

Have a nice vacation here. Unfortunately, there were no suitable bikes for our children. The staff was very friendly and had good tips for sightseeing.

Bungalow park in a wooded area. 4 person bungalow is very small if you have to stay inside. Nicely renovated and restyled. Toilet and shower very small and only downstairs. Is disappointing if you have to descend a steep staircase at night.

The playgrounds are okay for children up to the age of 7, but there is nothing to do for older children.
Animation team has done their best, but due to structural staff shortages this has been kept to the minimum.
The restaurant and reception are closed before half past seven (in high season) so there is not much to do here.

An extreme mouse plague has not made it easy either.
Eating bread from the cupboards, droppings through the kitchen, run and gnaw sounds from the walls.

To summarize, I am not very satisfied with the time we were there.

Super house, great opportunities for cycling and walking in the area.

Reception neat friendly and helpful a minus point it must be a car-free park but there are already cars driving all day now 22:00 and still plenty of cars my advice close the barriers at a certain time 1 is open day and night

Excellent house. Just that the directions could be more clearer. Spent more that half hour first night to find my house. But the house and surroundings are so nice and homely!!

Fantastic clean house! Zenngreen! Really nothing to criticize. It was nice and warm when we entered and it smelled nice and fresh. Beds were made. Kitchen utensils and crockery sufficiently available and nicely styled.
Only drawback is that the sink is in the part of the shower, so after showering everything is wet.
But a grumpy ear who pays attention to that, when you can enjoy a nice walk in the woods, over the heather when you step out the front door. I don't have that at home!
In short, a small-scale park that is certainly worth recommending.
I say go for it.

Pizza was not good at the campsite fries are a lot for children a nice campsite where they have fun entertainment despite the corona

I greatly enjoyed the nature and tranquility of the bungalow park and the surrounding area.
The staff was incredibly nice. The kitchen met the need, definitely come back again but not through Belvilla.
The promised infrared sauna was not present in the bungalow. For this I still contact Belvilla.

amazing staff the cleaners are a bit bad... but the accomodation is is very cosy ! Amerikaanse Eik ( The unit we stayed in ) had a airfryer which not one of the other units had ! Loved it for the mora mini mix haha

Back to basic. Good beds with very good (so warm) comforters. Nice shower. Cooking the old-fashioned way again on gas and washing dishes in a bowl. Clean houses. Nice seats.

Value for your money! Friendly staff, comfortable houses, good activities, top offers with transport to nearby attractions (apenheul, juliana tower, Hoge Veluwe National Park). All in all, a happy family!

Important for many: the WiFi works well!

Nicely designed park with renovated houses. There are also some old houses that look less, probably they are privately owned. Nice playground in nature theme. Small supermarket for the most necessary, restaurant and snack bar.
Across the street lies beautiful heathland and the start of the gnome path

Nice park, quiet. Ideal for walking and cycling. Some bungalows are somewhat dated.

Beautiful park, lots of nature and tranquility.
Warm pool with nice beach ball and pool. Located on the forest. You can also go everywhere by bike. 2km at "ice of Co" van daan. The pancake house is also around the corner.
Just a pity about the very tight parking spaces. Don't have a big car, but even it won't fit.

Great and quiet park. However, you will not receive information about consumer items. There are still some points to be gained ...

The stays in themselves are fairly small. Small shower room with way too small sink, which is difficult to use. The kitchen is small, little room for cooking. No dishwasher available and a combination oven. Furthermore, there is sufficient presence of pots and pans. Cutlery, plates, bags of glasses are also sufficient. Relatively spacious sleeping places. The living space is also sufficiently spacious.

Is the kitchen closed at 8 pm on Saturday evenings during the summer holidays? Sad!

Beautiful new in focused bungalows and wonderful in the forest. You walk straight into the Veluwe heath.

I live nearby so I only come for the tennis court. It is fantastic!

Beautiful houses with everything on and on. Houses would also be great and large enough as a permanent home.

Homes are very bare, beds short and narrow as you often see in parks of this parent company. Facilities really aimed at minimal but to advertise with it.

The photos on the website show the houses better than it is.

Wonderfully quiet park in one of the most beautiful places in the Veluwe

This park is ideal for the silent enjoyer. The cottages are a bit on the small side and the beds too small for my brothers and I (1.9m +) enjoyed the peace but there is not much to experience.

Very hygienic bungalow park. Car on separate parking lot. Very safe for children.

Cozy bungalow park. For the price and great bungalow and fully equipped. Centrally situated. Lots of privacy. Squirrels frolic in the trees around the house. Car-poor park, or car traffic when loading unloading. Something for everyone: miniature golf, tennis courts, mini swimming pool. Bicycle rental. Information about what to do and see in the area. Great restaurant.

Had a great weekend in beautiful surroundings. The bungalow was right on the edge of the forest; through one gate and you are in the forest. Bungalow was pretty simple in terms of furniture and decoration, but somehow that fits in a bit with the atmosphere of a forest park. In terms of equipment, nothing to complain about, including a dishwasher, sauna and fireplace. Also nice that the park has its own restaurant; "De Boskantine" is cozy and has a small but nice menu. Due to the winter conditions no use was made of it but apparently excellent tennis courts. Nice place to retire to a hut on the heath.

We have one of the simplest houses for the period of 1 week. The color scheme inside can be lighter, there is little light coming in due to the architect's design. The brown tile floor is very dated, and could use a facelift. Park is otherwise neat and quiet. When it comes to the birds concert, this is the place for you. Nice base for long bike rides in the Veluwe.

Great park! Nice staff and nice houses. You can also eat well there! Not a lot to do at the park for children. Especially in the winter. And there is only nature in the area. But nature is beautiful! You are really in the middle of nature at the park! Really super beautiful! We even woke up every morning with a squirrel in front of our window!

Cottages can really be cleaner. Takeaway meals better. Otherwise it was good.

The park is really surrounded by nature. The cottage is very spacious and nicely furnished. For the kids a lot free! animation. Free Wi-Fi in the cottage. We were already in the house at 12 o'clock (costs 15 extra). The cottage was also clean at that time. At Landal Miggelenberg already had 2x that the house was not clean at 3.30 pm. We first always went to Landal in Hoenderloo but not anymore.

Due to all the current corona restrictions, it does not come into its own.
Cottage was clean and well cared for.

Medium in everything. Was ok but wouldn't go again. But that can also be our fault.
