Located in bad part of town. Had organized via email for a collection only to be turned away because of 'stock take' (while the rest of the shoppers were still happily shopping). Persons who directed people from the door and between service counters were helpful.

Excellent service when you get in. Prices are good. The negative side is the queue. I suppose it cannot be changed, simply because of popularity. If you call in and get a picking slip number, then it's magic.
