i would rate my experience so far as less the one star, I will be cancelling my enrolment asap. they are far from professional, i tried to get access to my account and every time i rang they would say they will pass on the message to that department but never did. then i asked to speak to a manager and they said there not available at the moment no one ever was, it took 3 days to get access, and they still didn't ring me. i thought i was scammed. the videos are shacking and give no details of the material needed to complete the curse it was easier to just google it and that was a challenge, the point of the rto is to train your to be confident and competent i shouldn't have to teach myself. i still haven't heard from a trainer yet. please don't do this to yourself don't sign with them. look at most of their reviews they are clearly generated by AI key word are "the trainers are knowledgeable"
